Who is Porter pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviewers, Porter's pricing is best suited for small businesses and marketing agencies managing multiple client accounts across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The pay-per-account model appeals to agencies that need scalable, transparent pricing without committing to large enterprise packages. G2 reviews from mid-market companies in marketing, retail, and financial services also highlight strong fit, particularly for teams centralizing data into Looker Studio dashboards. Freelancers and individual users with minimal connection needs occasionally find Porter's entry pricing high, while larger teams benefit from volume discounts. Porter's BigQuery plan targets data-mature mid-market and enterprise teams needing warehouse-level storage.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Porter?

Porter does not offer a permanent free tier, but G2's pricing data for Porter confirms a 14-day free trial that lets users evaluate its connectors, templates, and Looker Studio integrations before committing. Porter's paid Pay-per-account plan starts at $15/month per connected account, unlocking 20+ marketing data source connections, automatic data blending, AI Query Builder, unlimited users and reports, and destinations including Google Sheets, Power BI, Slack, and Zapier. Porter's BigQuery plan adds Google BigQuery as a destination, unlimited sources, and direct founding team access at custom pricing. G2 reviewers note the free trial period feels too brief to fully explore Porter's capabilities.

Is Porter considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly consider Porter good value, particularly for marketing agencies and small businesses managing multi-channel reporting. With a 4.5/5 average rating, most users highlight that the time saved on manual reporting justifies the cost. G2 reviewers frequently note that Porter's pricing compares favorably to similar connectors, with one reviewer citing a better price-quality ratio than competing providers. However, cost concerns appear repeatedly, especially among freelancers, small business owners, and users in emerging markets like Brazil, who find Porter's pricing steep for limited connections. G2 reviews also flag the 14-day free trial as too short to fully evaluate Porter's capabilities before committing to a paid plan.
