What do you like best about Porter?

I like its ease of use, and because I had already used similar solutions before Porter, the learning curve was almost instantaneous. The fact that it can connect to data sources like TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook is extremely relevant for marketing teams like mine, which adds a lot of daily value. What do you dislike about Porter?

I’m somewhat dissatisfied with the support channel. I’ve noticed a few service issues in recent months, and the only way to find out what’s happening with the tool is via the chat support on their website, which I find slow and annoying. I think they should implement a live status channel or something similar, so we can avoid a lot of frustration when our reports go down.

On the other hand, I love the Google Sheets solution; however, I believe it’s crucial that they include data filters soon, as this would greatly improve the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
