**What do you like best about Poltio?**

The biggest upside of Poltio is its direct impact on conversion and returns. By helping customers choose the most suitable product and size through a smart quiz, we see more confident purchases and fewer size-related returns. It’s a win for both customer experience and operational efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Poltio?**

No real downsides so far. The recommendations are only as good as the answers, which is exactly how it should be.

**What problems is Poltio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re an activewear brand with a strong focus on leggings, and we offer a wide range of styles, colors, and fits. When customers come to our site, it’s not always immediately clear which legging will suit them best, and that uncertainty can slow down the decision. Poltio helped us remove a lot of that hesitation. It allows us to better understand what customers are actually looking for and guide them to the right product in a very natural way. Since using Poltio, we’ve seen a clear increase in conversions, and the overall experience on the site feels much more professional.
Sizing was another challenge for us. Our leggings don’t follow the standard XS, S, M, L structure. We use combinations like XS/S, M/L, along with regular and long options. Before Poltio, this often turned into a customer support issue. Now, it’s handled directly on the site, without friction. From an operational point of view, this has made a big difference. Returns caused by incorrect sizing or unmet expectations have dropped noticeably. Another big plus is the data we collect through Poltio. It allows us to run much more relevant remarketing by speaking to customers based on their real preferences instead of relying on generic retargeting. 
On top of all that, the Poltio team has been genuinely great to work with. Whenever we needed support, they were quick, hands-on, and helpful. The technical support they provided while setting up our English site helped take the overall quality of the experience to another level. For us, strong tools matter, but strong communication matters just as much. Poltio delivers on both, and that’s a big reason it’s worked so well for us.

Poltio’s AI quiz has been incredibly effective at guiding customers through what can be a complex category, while also driving meaningful conversions. It doesn’t just recommend products, it helps customers think through their needs, priorities, and considerations they may not have factored in before, which leads to more confident decisions.

The team is a standout. They’re highly responsive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in understanding our category and business goals. Setting up and refining the question flows was effortless, and they regularly offered smart, proactive suggestions to improve both conversion performance and the on-site experience. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to collaborate with.

Honestly, there haven’t been any downsides from our experience so far. The platform works as intended, and the team has been extremely supportive and responsive throughout the process.

Poltio solves the challenge of helping customers navigate a complex product category without feeling overwhelmed. For customers who may be new to purchasing window furnishings, the quiz provides a guided, intuitive experience that simplifies decision-making and builds confidence.

For us, this has meant stronger conversion performance, richer insights into customer preferences and needs, and a more personalised, customer-centric journey on our website. It bridges the gap between inspiration and purchase while also delivering valuable data we can use to continually improve the experience.

I like how customizable Poltio is and the ease of setting it up to embed on my websites. I also like the look of the widget.

**What do you dislike about Poltio?**

I found the tracking implementation for Poltio quite challenging. As a non-developer, their documentation was hard to follow. It would be better if they shortened the writing and included more cases. The existing flow seemed to assume a specific starting point, which made it tough to adapt to different setups.

Upon conducting extensive research, we discovered that Poltio checked all the boxes for flexibility, integration, and design options that we required. We used Poltio's quiz module to launch a service where users can participate in challenging competitions and earn rewards.  We were able to embed the quizzes on our mobile page, customize the look and feel and integrate data with our systems - so we were able to launch the service with no extra development.

We didn't meet any problems while using Poltio.

We use Poltio to engage our users with challenging quizzes. The quizzes are in the format of timed competitions with correct / wrong answers where users can win rewards based on their performance. Using Poltio we are able to create quizzes, extract reports, define winners and allocate prizes. We embed all on our mobile page and customize look and feel, making it a native experience for our users.

**What do you like best about Poltio?**

Poltio is a product that we have been lovingly using for years.they have been able to develop themselves according to their product needs and satisfy the customer for years.
Since our product is sports-oriented, the data and traffic we get is very valuable for us and really helps us to differentiate from our competitors.

In addition, they provide you incredible convenience in the process in order to get your work done quickly independently of the technology department in big technology companies.

Since we have not experienced a negative process so far, I cannot help you with this.
I suggest you give it a chance and experience it by quickly integrating it into your product.

**What do you like best about Poltio?**

What we like the most about Poltio is that it meets all our survey needs. This is very important for us, as it gets very chaotic when we need to contact different vendors for different surveys. Working with one survey provider that knows all your needs comes with benefits such as suggestions from their side on creative survey ideas. Also, I think it is a must to mention Poltio’s team. They are very dedicated, proactive and responsive. We really feel like we are part of the same team. Moreover, they recently renewed their platform and I can say that the new platform has really eased our way around.

**What do you dislike about Poltio?**

We didn’t encounter any notable problems with the platform. We are satisfied with the service we obtain. One thing that is worth mentioning is that the platform doesn’t allow for multiple logins through a single account. In my opinion, supporting different user levels would also be a valuable asset for companies.

**What problems is Poltio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is important for us to understand our customers therefore, we use Poltio’s SaaS platform to gather zero-party data through interactive contents. Other than interactive surveys, we also use Poltio to create customer satisfaction surveys to improve our operations. To this day, we created contents such as gift finders, friendship quizzes, customer satisfaction surveys, incentivized test contents and many more.

**What do you like best about Poltio?**

Poltio is the most flexible research and survey tool for SMEs and enterprises. This is my second company where we use their tool and you can use it for both market research and user surveys. As long as you pass your user ID parameter in the link (whether an iframe or a web link) the tool records every answer you get with it so you can use it to segment / target customers later on. You can also do market research on other platforms as well. You can create decision trees based on an answer to a spesific question, avoiding a painfully long survey for users.

**What do you dislike about Poltio?**

The admin interface is a bit complicated if you want to use advanced features. This is probably done to customize questions and create a flow that suits users but it may get confusing sometimes.

**What problems is Poltio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple apps and can get behavioural data from user sessions. But what we cannot get is their plans and their future needs. Poltio helps us create surveys to ask our users at the right time. We can target users who have completed a transaction and get their feedback.

What I like most is the solution-oriented and positive approach of Poltio’s team. Whenever we have an idea or a need, we find solutions quickly or come up with suggestions when we get in touch with the Poltio team. In addition, thanks to the flexible structure of the platform, they see all our survey and interaction needs in different fields. Thanks to the different theme settings, when we want to use the same content in our other brands, we can offer a native experience to our users with different views.

One of our top priorities when designing our new website was to suggest the product or products they require by asking them a few quick and effective questions in categories where we offer a wide range of products and where it is difficult for our users to find the product they require. The paid version is too pricey. There are many free software which does the same thing.

I liked the segmentation feature the best from the leads, we have used our analytics over the cleaned data and it made our productivity pretty good to reach and cater to our customers and leads in an efficient way.

I felt prices are a little on the higher end given the feature suite still has long ways to go.

**What do you like best about Poltio?**

Using Poltio for our gamification saved us time on technical development. Also, for the content creation part, they shared their know-how, making it easy for us. Through out the process, they were eager to help.

**What do you dislike about Poltio?**

Regular reporting was more difficult compared to internal projects.
