What problems is Poltio solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re an activewear brand with a strong focus on leggings, and we offer a wide range of styles, colors, and fits. When customers come to our site, it’s not always immediately clear which legging will suit them best, and that uncertainty can slow down the decision. Poltio helped us remove a lot of that hesitation. It allows us to better understand what customers are actually looking for and guide them to the right product in a very natural way. Since using Poltio, we’ve seen a clear increase in conversions, and the overall experience on the site feels much more professional.
Sizing was another challenge for us. Our leggings don’t follow the standard XS, S, M, L structure. We use combinations like XS/S, M/L, along with regular and long options. Before Poltio, this often turned into a customer support issue. Now, it’s handled directly on the site, without friction. From an operational point of view, this has made a big difference. Returns caused by incorrect sizing or unmet expectations have dropped noticeably. Another big plus is the data we collect through Poltio. It allows us to run much more relevant remarketing by speaking to customers based on their real preferences instead of relying on generic retargeting.
On top of all that, the Poltio team has been genuinely great to work with. Whenever we needed support, they were quick, hands-on, and helpful. The technical support they provided while setting up our English site helped take the overall quality of the experience to another level.
