The simplicity of the tool and the Web base interface.

**What do you dislike about PolicyCore?**

We have to customize too much functionality.

The Web based interface, their support and integrated solution is good.

**What problems is PolicyCore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upgrade and migrate our insurance solution from old homemade systems
