**What do you like best about Pointee?**

All along the way Pointee communicated and promptly reacted to our every question or need. 
The implementation went smoothly and quickly. Every issue was addressed without delay. With Dynamic orchestration we manage to lower supervision time by 48 % and eliminated empty windows between processes resulting in improved license utilization by approx.. 10 %. Orchestrator gave us a whole new set of possibilities for how we can schedule, control and supervise our robots. Temporarily stop a process? Done with one click. Dou you want to block one of your VDIs for maintenance? Done with one click.

**What do you dislike about Pointee?**

You have to use third-party tool to orchestrate your processes within Blueprism environment.
