When you add a podcast to a list, it automatically adds all of the contacts listed for that podcast even though many of them aren't super relevant (e.g. editors vs producers). Would love to be able to choose which contacts to add to the list! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Podchaser is a comprehensive solution to find the key details needed on a podcast to be able to present it to clients. The platform also consolidates podcasts across varying topics and filters, which makes finding (or discovering them!) much easier than a Google search, particularly active podcasts that accept guests (which can be sorted out through the platform’s filters).

It’s particularly nice when a podcast profile page includes the complete audience's demographic info (i.e., interests and occupation) since that can make it easier to determine if the podcast's audience meets our client's goals. While contact information is often correct (or there is a correct option among other options), it can be messy or inaccurate at times. It’s not always clear where this information is pulled from and means that it can require a fair amount of outside research to track down the appropriate email.

Sometimes podcasts that are already part of the database don’t populate in a search, even when using the exact title. There are ways around this that sometimes work, such as searching individual episode titles or the name of a host, but it does sometimes impede research or cause extra work by requesting a podcast be added that is already in the database.
