Basic forum functionality is solid. Works well if you're looking for a cloud forum solution. Higher pricing tiers include SSO capabilities, although we didn't get far enough with the platform to try this out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This did not end up being the right solution for our needs. We used it for about four months, then decided to cancel.

We were not notified of the next monthly renewal ($49/mo pricing tier,) but requested cancellation and a refund of the last payment within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. They refused, citing a clause buried in the Terms document that says they do not issue refunds for unused days, and they stood firm on that.

In my mind, penny wise and pound foolish over an amount as small as this, as there are many comparable solutions in this space. Someone at Plush, likely a manager (someone different than the person I was first interacting with,) actually said the following:

"If you had cancelled before renewal of the term, you would not have been charged for a further month. You know this of course, but you're just trying to threaten us into issuing a refund."

I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a solution from a more customer-focused vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I also like how user-friendly the cell phone is so I can use it anywhere, whenever I need it. I also really like how mobile-friendly it is so I can use it anywhere, whenever I need it. It increases verbal exchange and, more importantly, continues with the communication and opens the channel to provide important information. I really like how clean the use of the software is.
