**What do you like best about Plexum?**

It is very user friendly and many features not available in more expensive products. It was quick to set up.initially customer service was responsive.

**What do you dislike about Plexum?**

Customer service was lacking towards the end of my subscription with them. there were limited options in designing the website.

**Recommendations to others considering Plexum:**

It is too expensive but it is good software.

**What problems is Plexum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More functionality, better tracking and potions for sales consultant.

**What do you like best about Plexum?**

Nothing, it was a terrible experience. I would say avoid it at all cost.

**What do you dislike about Plexum?**

The site was difficult to navigate and their customer service was extremely rude. I would recommend that anyone avoid this company at all costs. I would not wish my terrible experience on anyone. There are other software companies and I urge you to look for them and find someone who actually cares about their customers.

**What problems is Plexum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was never able to set the site up, no benefits what so ever. This site is completely useless.

It gave the ability to do some things but the software is very outdated

**What do you dislike about Plexum?**

The response from Moses is horrible. They charge for everything and the system is very outdated for a $399 a month charge

**Recommendations to others considering Plexum:**

Don't buy it.
