Exigo has intentionally thought through many of the industries bigest pain points and created a feature-rich platform that scales as your company grows. I spend much of my day using the platform and I am rarely frustrated by something that I cannot do. It's easy to use, customizable, easily set up to meet my needs. My only complaint is with the in-house Customer Support ticketing system. Their agents and our account manager are top notch, but I don't love the ticketing system and would much prefer something a little more user-friendly like Zendesk or similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
