Plerdy Reviews & Product Details

Useful for understanding website users and improving their experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dashboard has many options and at first it's a little confusing. Some reports can also load slowly when the website has a lot of pages. But overall, not a big problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app allows us to identify where our customers get out of the flow or lose interest in our content, giving us a considerable advantage to optimise and find areas of opportunity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is still to be polished and made more intuitive. We need to be able to visualise and download videos faster. We are missing an alert when limits are reach-out so we can adapt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bought it and didn't use it as there were no sites. As soon as I started building sites, I started connecting the tool to them and using it very often. At first I didn't understand it a bit, then I got into it and started to understand the customer journey. Where there were misunderstandings, the responsive support team helped a lot so there was an ease of implementation as well as ease of integration to my Search Console. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about Plerdy. It works perfectly for what I need, and its user-friendly interface made it easy to use right from the beginning. So far, it has only exceeded my expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Plerdy consists of incredibly comprehensive and in-depth tools for successful online marketing.

Tracking, analyzing and converting visitors into buyers is easy, especially with the included advanced AI technology.

The heat map and video visitor recording are ingenious for recognizing and optimizing the effect of website content and structure. Popups with API integration, e.g. for my Zoho Campaigns, as well as the option of webhooks, are extremely helpful for lead generation and for integrating external programs.

SEO is made absolutely easy with Plerdy and is very clearly laid out.

Conversions are easy to do with funnels, split testing, and event tracking. A platform with a lot of valuable applications that replaces many isolated solutions. A highly recommended product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I need to use it for a little longer to be able to point out its cons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Plerdy is easy to use. I can see what people do on my website. Heatmaps are very helpful. Also, SEO checker gives me good ideas how to fix my site. I use it every day for work. It saves me time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it takes time to load reports. Also, first time it was a bit hard to understand all functions. But after some practice, it's ok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Plerdy is incredibly intuitive and packed with features that make website optimization a breeze. The heatmaps are particularly insightful, offering detailed data on user interactions that allow us to refine our design and improve the user experience. The SEO checker is another standout feature—it helps identify key areas for improvement in just a few clicks, saving hours of manual work.

The ability to track user behavior in real-time and see what’s working (and what’s not) has transformed how we approach web design. It’s also great for identifying and addressing SEO issues without needing additional tools. The seamless integration with our workflow and the responsive customer support team make Plerdy a pleasure to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Plerdy is highly effective, some of the advanced features can have a bit of a learning curve for new users. A more extensive set of tutorials or walkthroughs would help speed up the onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Plerdy makes it so easy to understand user behavior. The heatmaps are incredibly useful—they highlight where users click, providing valuable insights. The SEO checker is another favorite; it feels like having a built-in SEO assistant constantly monitors our site’s health. The way everything works together so seamlessly is impressive! I’d say the dashboard can feel a bit overwhelming initially, with so much data and many tools available. It took me a bit of time to get comfortable navigating it all. Also, the pricing could be more flexible to support smaller businesses or startups just getting off the ground. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The heatmaps are a very informative starting point. The tool's ability to record user interaction with my site to help me see where they are stumbling or not converting has been very enlightening. Put all that together with great customer support, easy integration and an easy to use dashboard and it becomes an indispensable tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing yet. If I find something, I will update this review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They've made a lot of updates that are bringing me back. I was able to get this when it was on AppSumo. It is a very good tool, but I just didn't have the wherewithall to incorporate all the features and really digest the extensive setup and documentation. That's my fault. I see the improvements to the overall experience and I am going to start using it more extensively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was a little hard to follow and set up, but I think they fixed most of those issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you need to go deeper than simple analytics and want to check out heatmaps and video recordings of your products, Plerdy is a great solution. It also has some nice SEO tools, and even an AI reporting assistant. When you want to go deep on your site's performance, I recommend Plerdy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the early days (years ago) I noticed that sometimes, especially with video session tracking, my site speed would be slightly impacted. I haven't noticed this lately, though, so I'm thinking it has been improved over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
