It gives me a lot of options for tracking. The dashboard is easy to navigate. Setting it up is pretty straight forward. They keep developing it. There's a lot of videos that explain how to use it. Support is quick to respond. **What do you dislike about Plerdy?** Not much really. At this price point and with all the features there's little to dislike. Might be a bit of a learning curve to get used to it but still nothing too complicated. **What problems is Plerdy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I basically replaced a few tools with plerdy. I used to use hotjar. Obviously stopped doing that. I also used some wordpress popup plugins, now I use plerdy. It makes is easy for me to have the data in one place. Also, custom date selection is not there on the dashboard. **What problems is Plerdy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are digital marketing professionals, and to dominate the search engine, providing a better user experience to website visitors is our highest priority. We had explored various in-house javascript / Tag Manager in the past to measure different UX KPIs of the website visitors. Viewing videos of past client interactions works as it should, and the addition of funnels + heat maps tells me if people are going from one section of our site to another. **What do you dislike about Plerdy?** There are many other features, but I don't know if I am using them correctly. The best part is that it has multiple tools so I don't have to switch back and forth to different softwares. I really like the heatmaps, they not only show the area but also a number on the heatmap that represents how many number of users actually clicked etc. **What do you dislike about Plerdy?** Sometimes the heatmap feature does not properly work on Safari browser, so I have to make sure I use Plerdy on Chrome. I believe his will be fixed in the coming updates. Other than that it is pretty on point! **Recommendations to others considering Plerdy:** Highly recommended if you would like multiple tools in one tool.
