**What do you like best about Plecto?**

I like the notifications in Plecto, as we use them every time someone makes a sale, playing a song and sending notifications on Slack. I also like the competition module, which we use in sales and SDR. The dashboards are another feature I like, as we use them for different monitoring purposes.

**What do you dislike about Plecto?**

I think I missed some tool tips, so that's why I'm reaching out to support, especially when working with data sources and combining formulas from two different data sources. Making sure they have the same unique ID can be a bit tricky. Also, the integration part can be difficult sometimes. When we need to make SQL databases for a data source, that's difficult.

**What problems is Plecto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Plecto for monitoring sales numbers, creating visibility, and setting up trigger notifications like warnings. It helps with competition in sales, playing notifications on Slack when a sale is made, and dashboards for different monitoring purposes.

As a administrator, Pleco Dashboard has become an indispensable tool for me. It provides a comprehensive overview of our Salesforce data, making it easier to monitor user activity, track performance, and identify areas for improvement. The customizable dashboards and widgets allow me to tailor the information I need, and the automation features save me a significant amount of time. Pleco Dashboard is a game-changer for any Salesforce admin looking to enhance their data management capabilities.

A bit tricky in the begiing to get the API going but quickly got the hang of it :)

**What do you like best about Plecto?**

I've been using Plecto across a few sales teams using both SFDC and HubSpot, though my current company is the first time I've set it up from scratch. It's genuinely top-not software for visulising results and for motivating teams to stay on track, or to push for those additional percentage points to get on target. It looks slick and modern and can be customised to your heart's content. Their support team is also infinitely helpful and patient which makes onboarding and general help a smooth process. Finally I really like that it's fast - when I update numbers, I can see this mirrored across various dashboards in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Plecto?**

The learning curve can be steep when it comes to the way the solution is laid out with a multitude of formulas that need to be created initially. How is not always self-evident and I've found myself reaching out to their support team for assistance, but as they're top-notch it's never a lasting problem. I would like to see the ability to copy widgets between dashboards at will.

Plecto is very easy to use! The interface is very easy to navigate around and beginners are able to whip up their very first dashboard within minutes.

None so far. We can even do the custom reporting in the background that we want to achieve whereas Geckboard wouldn't allow us to do that.

Plecto is helping us drive agent activity better by giving the agents visibility to a leaderboard and gamification to help make things interesting.

Mariah Rumph represents the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced. Information was accurate, and responses to inquiries were turned around very fast. She is genuinely passionate about her work and her client’s success.  Her answers to our questions were clear and, where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly.  Finally, she is the friendliest person you will ever meet.

Unfortunately nothing much. As they stated on the website we thought we can use Plecto for real-time dashboards for Marketing & data visualization. However, after talking with the support they told me this is not possible even with their main integration – Google Analytics.

False advertising, is not usable at all for real-time dashboards with Google Analytics. Even their 'main integration' – GAs do not support real-time view. Only 30 min or 1 hrs refreshing. Feeling scammed.

Plecto is a great way to set goals for yourself and keep a healthy competition around sales in the office. It is awesome to be able to track both individual and team success.

Sometimes the reporting is slower unless you upgrade your plan. This is not a huge issue, there is just a delay.

**Recommendations to others considering Plecto:**

Use all of the different tools in the back end and set up a meeting with them. They are very helpful

Solving my own time management inefficiencies by looking at my call numbers and all other relevant stats. Helps tracking performance over time

**What do you like best about Plecto?**

The number of different data sources which we regularly use is great. I couldn't find any other product which includes all the tools we use on a daily basis. (Aircall, intercom, close, MySQL, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Plecto?**

The syntax for creating dashboard widgets is confusing. Also the onboarding process takes weeks. It should be possible to get a new customer up and running in a single day. I'm sure many sales are lost by making it a 3-4 week process.

**Recommendations to others considering Plecto:**

Test it out. You may end up saving a lot of time and money.

**What problems is Plecto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're still working on our setup. But essentially we're replacing an entire full time data analyst and saving engineering resources. Whenever we have new data types in our database and/or want new anayltics we won't need to have costly developer time dedicated to getting those anayltics or using those new data types.

**What do you like best about Plecto?**

Plecto helps me analyze the data from my CRM system in Pipedrive, it is a very useful tool to have a great overview about the business. Thanks to "plecto", I can quickly know the metrics of my business, plus I can customize those metrics according to my management indicators, it is a powerful tool that saves many hours of analysis and allows you to see in real time how the business progresses. Also in our team we carry performance metrics on specific tasks of other users, allowing them to see their progress themselves and meet their goals.

**What do you dislike about Plecto?**

I would like to have more graphics options to better analyze the data. I would also like to make formulas easier. I would also like you to improve the application in IOS so that it works correctly with the Iwatch and be able to see metrics on my watch. It would also be convenient to have an IpadOS application in which the graphics formulas could be made.

**Recommendations to others considering Plecto:**

Plecto is a great tool !, it allows you to connect your CRM to analytics graphs in a very dynamic way to have a deep understanding of your business in just a few clicks.

Plecto helps me very quickly to have a general conception about the variables of my business, it is an essential tool to understand the progress of the business, and how I can improve processes. It also allows team members to access metrics that indicate their progress in specific tasks.

Ability to utilize multiple data sources to help track and provide a real-time overview for our telemarketing and sales team. We can display our data tracked in Salesforce to help motivate our team and celebrate when they close deals with the quickly customizable gamifcation notifications.

The support team is phenomenal and very understanding. Quick to hop on a call and help troubleshoot.

**What do you dislike about Plecto?**

Some of the formulas require a bit of work and taking a dive into our overall CRM to fully understand how things are displayed. I would like it if the integration with our CRM could be more selective - our deactivated employees continue to be resynced from Salesforce into Plecto, causing us to be "tracking" way too many users.

I personally think that one of the major strengths with Plecto is the number of possible data source types to choose from to collect and combine your business data.

It also has a set of well documented REST-api:s that makes it easy to post new sets of business data that gets stored within internal data sources.

The chat function ion the Plecto Website is really helpful and response time is mostly very quick which is appreciated 😊👍

**What do you dislike about Plecto?**

For easy statistics the that you want to capture can be quite easily expressed by the visual matheditor, but for more advanced calculations and date intervals I’ve kind of getting stuck with the limitations Plecto currently have when expressing formulas. It could be better support for more advanced math expressions.

**What problems is Plecto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently use it to get good transparency for Sales and Recruitment figures.

I like the gamification and Pipedrive connection.

I wasn't able to move forward with the Premium version as the sales department wasn't willing to answer security questions and fill in our Vendor Assessment Questionnaire. This is critical information for us when integrating something to our CRM system and it feels like Plecto doesn't take it seriously. I had to go with a competitor instead.

The ability to take virtually any source of data and visualise it for anyone to digest. Being able to go as deep in to the data as you need to and to give people rotating dashboards that keep them informed.

It would be nicer to work with Excel data more easily. Overall not many complaints at all though.

at this time I have nothing that i dislike. I would however love to get a "soundhorn" notification that you can link to a countdown.

I can reccomend this sofware to anyone working with sales. It has helped our team reach our goals by simply displaying sales for day to day. This is making the internal competition better by visualising the performance live time.

We use it to mesure sales in our salesteam. It drives the competition and helps us to keep track of day to day sales, compared to budgets.

Ease of use when it comes to data integration and setting up dashboards. The customer support is always a tremendous amount of help when used. 

**What do you dislike about Plecto?**

Few basic functionalities or qualities of life is missing and the interval of retrieving data for data sources are a bit high for dashboard live usage.
It would be great if it was possible organizing data sources and dashboards better, as it's not scalable when there's many emoloyees, teams and dashboards. 
A summaration of all values shown in a widget would also be desired. E.g in a table widget, you are showing how many calls every employee has made so far, but on top of the table it shows the total value of all employees.

Transparency. Showing everyone how's it going and help analyzing our data to make a prognosis and so forth.

**What do you like best about Plecto?**

Plecto lets us collect data from all of our numerous data sources, with great integrations with the tools we use the most so we don't have to spend time building complicated reports or finding hidden datasets. 

it lets us visualize our customers, and employees super quick and easily so we feel a lot more in control than with our previous tools.  Even if its not super in-depth when it comes to showing reports, it gets the job done.

**What do you dislike about Plecto?**

Plecto is still a bit geared toward just sales presentation and some of the logic reflects this.

**Recommendations to others considering Plecto:**

The pricing model is a bit obscure, but I would highly recommend plecto

Plecto has enabled us to track sales, to do-lists and employee performance in real time, saving a lot of time reading and analyzing reports.

It gives me a clear overview of our KPI'es, which we use to track our marketing performance.

It is very difficult to set up. Not user friendly at all. You should create a team that helps customers with the set up - or create a forum for freelancers who can help your customers to set this up and make adjustments. 

**Recommendations to others considering Plecto:**

I recommend this - but make sure to get help with setting everything up. 

**What problems is Plecto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool enables me to see which channels are performning and which channels who are not. This makes it easy for us to adjust our marketing efforts in real time.  Now - we are more efficient and motivated.

**What do you like best about Plecto?**

Plecto has been a breath of fresh air to optimise reporting in our contact centres. Not only is it reliable and easy to use, but it has a great UX and an even better support network.

**What do you dislike about Plecto?**

The initial set up can be tricky when integrating external data sources, however as I've mentioned, Plecto's support team are on hand to make this a seamless experience as possible.

I highly recommend Plecto to be anyone looking to optimise their contact centres.

The ability to bring multiple data tables together for advanced visualizations not available natively in pipedrive.

**What do you dislike about Plecto?**

Some of the advanced analytics we are looking for such as forecasting is not yet available. 

**What problems is Plecto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using plecto for real-time reporting of some of the top line sales metrics that aren't available natively in pipedrive. We are using the visualizations that have been built in plecto to know at a glance where we are with sales, activity, pipeline and year over year metrics.

Th customer support has been great. I have not had time in my busy schedule to answer all calls but they have been extremely helpful when I need them.

The user format is a little choppy. It is not the most intuitive program, but the customer service helps a ton with that.

If your company lacks a way to track data this app is fantastic! Its really helped our team get to the next level.

**What do you like best about Plecto?**

It is very useful to visualise the deals being created and completed within our business. 
Giving ourselves visual targets which we can watch ourselves climb towards is a great boost for the company.

**What do you dislike about Plecto?**

On occasion there is an issue with how we input our data into Pipedrive and it causes a problem with pulling through to plecto, but that is the only issue

We are better able to visualise our year as a whole, and it helps us to report back to our partners as we have separate dashboards for them

It is quite difficult to setup - not sure how it compares to competitors.

I actually don't believe that it solves any problems - but that is more to do with those who did the planning. We hope to reconfigure it, and it will then minimize the amount of errors we make.

You can't copy as module created in a dashboard and use it on another board.

There are some few bugs here and there, and also some features did not work on our Samsung tv. However, the support team has been Realty helpful.

I think I miss having more options for visualizations such as other tools like Tableau or PowerBI

I believe use a big screen to display this real-time analytics dashboard, seeing these metrics in live will boost your teams immediately.

Real time analytics, if you manage digital campaigns, it's pretty easy to connect to Facebook / Instagram to see how your campaigns behaves.

**What do you like best about Plecto?**

To view metrics and results in just a few panels. It is possible to have relatively complex readings visually and objectively, which is great for motivation and control. It is flexible enough to be used not only in a sales team. I used for example with logistics, controlling the flow of deliveries.

Customer support is really good, both the chat and the content intended to teach how to use the system.

**What do you dislike about Plecto?**

Integration with other systems was neither easy nor intuitive. I had a hard time figuring out why the integration with my CRM did not work as it should.

The implementation is not plug and play but maybe it's unfair to wait for it, since once you understand how the system works, it's not that difficult.

Not as robust as it could be.

**Recommendations to others considering Plecto:**

Take into account the work required for implementation and maintenance vs. the benefits brought

Monitoring the performance of multiple sectors, achievement of goals, transparency and individual motivation.

I like the ease of access, and the graphics layout. Our staff can easily see where they are in reference to their goals.

Unfortunately, sometimes Plecto does not correctly sync with our accounting platform, so it shows incorrect values.

We been able to easily consider goals and meet quotas, and create a positively competitive atmosphere among our poject managers.

Once you get it set up, it's very easy to use. The clean interface makes it extremely easy to drive desired behaviour around the office for both Sales Development Reps and Account Executives.

**What do you dislike about Plecto?**

If I had to say anything, it would be the need to learn their formulas in order to get going with it. It's not as plug and play as it could be, but I acknowledge that it's not very easy to make something that complex an instant onboarding.

**What problems is Plecto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of transparency was a problem, and then it's also just adding the benefit that you can very easily drive desired behaviour.
