**What do you like best about Pleasant Password Server?**

I like the user interface of Pleasant Password Server; it's really good. The licensing is also a plus point because it's on-prem and locally hosted, which means our data stays inside our environment, making it secure. Another advantage is the compatibility with KeePass, which fits well with our teams. The granular permissions, sync, and password or folder level admin control are features I appreciate. The initial setup, which was handled by a third party, was very quick and professional.

**What do you dislike about Pleasant Password Server?**

I see that it's not a full privilege access management platform. I think it needs more features to act as a BAM solution.

**What problems is Pleasant Password Server solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pleasant Password Server replaces traditional Excel or OneNote for passwords by enforcing access control and centralized storage. It eliminates email password sharing and provides a secure environment with on-premises data storage.
