Simplicity and ease of use. Editor makes it easy to design based on templates. Also very easy to just drop in your own designs as well. Very easy to install too. We used an old Firestick without any problem to get the program up and running. Integrates well with our old TV and would imagine that moving the device to another sign would be just as simple. Play Digital Signage was easy to sign up for. They provided easy instructions to get started. I was intimidated at first by all the options. It really was as easy as downloading the app on the Fire Stick and linking the screen. When it came to making edits to our advertisements, it took seconds after the changes were made and displaying once again. Would HIGHLY recommend the Play Digital Signage to anyone looking to start displaying signage today whether a small office or a large corporation. Everything can be done all in one place. I especially like features that come with Pro version. You can customize almost every little detail, making your designs look professional along the way. 4 out of 5 would recommend. We were able to install a tv with the slideshow from Play Digital Signage instead of giving them another website to visit or another piece of paper to read. When looking for a signage system, a few things came to mind- ease of use, variety of platforms it can be deployed from and the ability to locally care incase internet connectivity was lost. What do you dislike about Play Digital Signage? The in app composition tools are just ok. Being able to match fonts to our branding is hit or miss. Menu displays for coffee shops are evolving beasts. Seasonal flavors. Specials of the week. Day-parting for breakfast and lunch. Our youth basketball organization has been using PlaySignage to display schedules and standings during tournaments, and it has been a game-changer. The ability to connect the app directly to an Excel spreadsheet means we can update scores and schedules instantly from our phones, iPads, or laptops, and those changes appear right away on the digital signage. This flexibility has made managing tournaments smoother and more efficient. Setup was straightforward thanks to the many helpful videos and articles provided by PlaySignage. Within a short time, we had everything running exactly the way we wanted. The platform is incredibly versatile, allowing us to customize displays to fit the needs of our events while keeping information clear and accessible for players, coaches, and families.
