What do you like best about Ericsson Network Manager?

Ericsson Network Manager is a Unified solution which helps in managing and troubleshooting the Network relaed issues.

It provides real-time monitoring of the network to identify and correct the issues and alarms. It is cloud native and hence comes with mutiple deployment options with varied costs.

What do you dislike about Ericsson Network Manager?

There can be frequent software upgrades which affect the regular usage and operations. Also configuring the ENM takes some time for the integrator and has to rely on complex documentation.

Integrating ENM with other network management systems can sometime be challenging, especially the legacy systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ericsson Network Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easier management of complex network be it radio or core networks. Inbuilt Automation enables faster configuration and provisioning. Great analytics on offer which help maximize the network resource utilization.
