I bought the first version of the Plaud AI note a while ago. Been very happy with the capabilities of this device and the user interface in the app and online. There are some coy cats on the market, but not as good as this one. You can choose from multiple languages. Which for me is very beneficial. Often in meetings where only French is spoken. Made some phone calls which were beneficial for me as well to have a summery of the call, but also some very important conversations I had with my dad. It is worth the investment. Build quality is excellent. I pre-ordered the Plaud AI pro version and cannot wait to receive it. Today I had contact with Sheila from the customer service via email. She was very responsive and clear in her answer, sorted things out for me because I was impatient and forgot that I pre-ordered. I guess this happens when you wait for something special, you get impatient.

The devices and app are great tools for keeping my thoughts organized and being able to stay on top of action items. The NotePin is very easy to use and you hardly have to think about it- just press a button. The company is always looking for suggestions on how to improve and even has a voting system for users on what to look into next. Customer support has been very responsive and is continuing to upgrade their platform to both meet my and my organization's needs.

Super responsive tech support and way easier a solution than using my phone and having it transcribed and summarized separately. This is a seamless system and the note device that I use for recording is ultra sensitive.
