**What do you like best about Plataforma PRM PartnersHub?**

PartnersHub helped us professionalize the sales funnel through our partners. All the information was scattered and was sent only via email. The platform allows us to register partners, include each one's deals, include relevant access documentation for the partner, and, in a very simple way, bring more fluidity to this connection with the commercial partner. It also brought discipline to our daily management of leads and business tracking.

**What do you dislike about Plataforma PRM PartnersHub?**

It's not a "dislike," but an evolution: bringing a step-by-step configuration guide for the platform to self-service. Reducing the implementation effort on the Partners team's side.

**What problems is Plataforma PRM PartnersHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PartnersHUb solved our commercial management, which is done through commercial partners, providing visibility and transparency to these processes.

It has a great UX and intuitive navigation, the CRM dynamics directed at partners facilitate and optimize commercial processes and decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Plataforma PRM PartnersHub?**

I would like to be able to create a more personalized report, but it seems they are already working on it.

**What problems is Plataforma PRM PartnersHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At first, it is something that is adding value, so it does not interfere with internal processes; on the contrary, it centralized commercial operations in one place, and the focus and optimization of communication have greatly increased.
