"Frustrating Experience with Unjustified Costs"

What do you like best about PlanHub?

I haven't been able to use it the way it claims so nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlanHub?

I'm really frustrated with PlanHub. I find it to be the worst solicitation software, at least here in Utah. It's so bad that most of us subcontractors just filter out emails from PlanHub and wait for other software invites instead. Also, there's a misleading communication about subscriptions. The customer service says subcontractors don't need to pay, but then they ask you to sign up and pay. It's annoying that they don't allow easy access to plans without a paid subscription. If I get a project invite, I should be able to access it easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
