Previously we had built our Annual Budget in Excel, which was only in the hands of our financial consultant. Now with Planguru we were able to build it with our internal team, and now we understand what is actually driving what. Also with it's user permissions, we can give Department heads access to their department budgets without them seeing the other statements and accounts we don't want them to see. Hard to come up with anything - seriously. With PlanGuru I can create a forecast for each department and consolidate. Different forecasting methods are available and they're easy to use. The payroll utility allows you to enter each employee's pay and you can add a supporting schedule to expense accounts. Their website has a lot of tutorials available.
