**What do you like best about Pixel Story, Inc?**

This is the first time I have used a video marketing agency so I can’t compare to other providers. What I like best is the quality of my custom avatar. The avatar is very realistic and the engagement results are promising….I designed the avatar to represent my brand and convey a certain lifestyle image. 

Whenever, I had questions about the process I reached out using the chat button and always received an answer within an hour.

**What do you dislike about Pixel Story, Inc?**

? So far, so good. I’ve been using the service for two months now. Their pricing seems to be on par with another provider I looked at.

**Recommendations to others considering Pixel Story, Inc:**

My biggest challenge was not having direction or knowledge in content creation. Taking this activity off my plate just was one less stressor. They helped me create a series of powerful AI-avatar digital twin videos that clearly communicated the brand philosophy. I used these video shorts in my email and DMs. 

This is new technology and video does seem to be where it’s at now. Having a human avatar, I am able to generate content without filming or having to look perfect in front of the camera.
