**What do you like best about Pivotree?**

It gives lots of options and customization. I also like that there is ongoing support with actual Pivotree personnel for me to explain what capabilities I'd like to have and them helping build those out. The additional advisory services set it apart.

**What do you dislike about Pivotree?**

It can get a bit spendy. Also there are almost too many options and specifications. There might be more capabilities than we need that we are paying for.

**Recommendations to others considering Pivotree:**

I would definitely recommend people to use the 'Resources' guide that's available for free on the site. I also found the infographics helpful for understanding business trends in e-commerce.

**What problems is Pivotree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped create a commerce platform that is attractive and easy for our customers to use, and easy for us to set up. It gives lots of options and customization.
