**What do you like best about Pitchcraft?**

The content is high-quality and tailored to what PR professionals need to know to build relationships with writers and editors and get our clients noticed. It also offers the most curated list of pitch opportunities, which saves an incredible amount of time. And finally, I do love the community - and I'm not a person who really engages in online communities! But the Pitchcraft community is very supportive and vibrant.

**What do you dislike about Pitchcraft?**

I have a few clients who are in industries outside of Pitchcraft's focus on lifestyle topics. I wish I could use Pitchcraft for all of my clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Pitchcraft:**

Book the demo tour. The sales process was easy and comfortable - I didn't feel rushed or pushed. The tour showcases all of the features of Pitchcraft, and helps you get a sense of how it will fit into your daily routine.

**What problems is Pitchcraft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pitchcraft helps me get noticed in writers' and editors' inboxes - when I put Pitchcraft in the subject line and reference a video or pop-up, I get an almost 100% response rate. I've been able to build lasting relationships with writers and editors for multiple clients in the lifestyle space, and just as importantly, I've been able to build a community of fellow PR professionals. I'm a solo practitioner, and it gets lonely - Pitchcraft's community helps me stay on trend, anticipate challenges, and talk through opportunities.
