The layout is very smooth for this online shipping program. I like that it integrates with all my selling platforms and the way it asks me shipping questions. I have been using Pirate Ship for roughly three years, and it is truly difficult to select merely one favorite thing about this amazing platform. Since I have to choose, I would say I thoroughly enjoy the wonderful discounts Pirate Ship offers to their customers. As a small business owner who ships at least 50+ packages per day, I can attest that Pirate Ship is more affordable than heading down to the post office and paying full price. First off, I wish Pirate Ship offered paid plans for even bigger discounts! I would gladly sign up for that in a heartbeat. Lastly, I seldomly use FedEx and UPS; however, Pirate Ship does not partner with them. I'm not sure why but I wish they would reconsider. I like that I can save frequently used packages. save customer information, run reports to see my shipping costs, and it gives me cheaper rates than the USPS. I can set it up to automatically mail my customers their tracking information. I also like the batch label and printing feature. One thing that my customers really like is that I can quickly get make their shipping label and provide them their tracking number within minutes of them making payment.
