It's very reliable and has given us a lot of confidence in our vetting processes. **What do you dislike about Pipl?** Some queries don't show up for certain metrics, for example, I might look up an address and get no results, however, I might look at the phone number and that exact address will come up. There seems to be a slight disconnect with some information. Also, foreign address formatting (like that in Europe and Australia) is more difficult to find. Pipl has access to over 400 social media networks and includes both public and private data in its search results which makes it an incredibly powerful tool for our organization for background checks, identifying connections between people, and locating people who may be difficult to find otherwise. **What do you dislike about Pipl?** The least helpful thing about Pipl is that the search results are not always accurate. I have searched myself and found several different results with different information. This can be frustrating because you never know which result is correct and need to confirm every identifier which can be a lot at times. Additionally, I don't like that you can't export the information into a spreadsheet. If you are having troubles finding a person, Pipl shows you potential similar profiles matching some criteria, such as EM handle pattern, city, or name. **What do you dislike about Pipl?** Sometimes you have to change country code for PH numbers, or you have to add a + sign, It would be helpful to have a list of country codes, so if you do not know the code you can type the country name and get the correct country code; or just not have to do that in order to save time. **Recommendations to others considering Pipl:** Make sure you type correctly a PH number, even if the PH number is right and there is no + sing some times you won't get a result if you don't do that previously. **What problems is Pipl solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find ties between people who I need to know if they are related. Their API is great; I especially like how they allow you to only pay for matches that return fields you are interested in. Pipl is the backbone of our business and we're incredibly happy with it. Customer service is always responsive and helpful with troubleshooting. **What do you dislike about Pipl?** One thing that I wish would be better was the quality of emails. Yahoo has a policy of deleting unused email accounts after 12 months, meaning yahoo emails on PIPL are largely undeliverable.
