Customer support is also good, the founders are great at giving updates and easing doubts by delivering on product updates nicely. I recently started using Pipl and it's been a very good experience, all the basics are covered and I'll likely be using it often in the future. Any new user who never used any outreach tool, even can understand it in 5-10 minutes. I have already started using it for my cold outreach campaign, and I have started to get results.
