**What do you like best about PipeRocket Digital?**

PipeRocket Digital is very technically proficient in SEO and can manage PPC campaigns that are often very complicated and don’t need a lot of hand-holding. We hired them for our organic search strategy and Google Ads, and it was an easy transition. Initially, a thorough technical audit was conducted which highlighted several indexing issues we were not aware of. Our organic traffic has been up by 22% during the five-month period since then! Communication mainly via Slack and a weekly Zoom call helps to keep things on track. I am glad that they do not mind changing our ad spend based on which keywords are not generating demo requests but just getting a lot of traffic.

**What do you dislike about PipeRocket Digital?**

The onboarding took longer than expected due to the configuration of our internal trackers with their reporting dashboard. In the first few weeks, we had to work some issues as our CRM didn’t match their internal reporting. Although their reports are extensive the monthly decks can be a bit much sometimes. It would be good if top-level takeaways were front-loaded to save time during internal updates with our leadership.

Before you start, define your internal tracking and attribution models carefully. PipeRocket uses data fluently which makes it effective to have all parties looking at the same numbers from day one.

**What problems is PipeRocket Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were facing a high cost-per-lead and stagnant organic visibility for our core product pages. We now have a stabilized lead flow and better rankings for high-intent keywords, resulting in over a 15% reduction of our overall customer acquisition cost. As we have moved away from industry specific language to more solution-based requests the quality of the pipeline has improved.

Their ability to integrate into our team without ramp-up issues and their fast execution from week 1 were impressive. Their strategic clarity and focus on pipeline metrics, rather than just MQLs or traffic, were key to our engagement. I value how they freed up 15-20 hours per week for us by taking over campaign maintenance and keyword tweaking. PipeRocket's approach with a hypothesis backlog and clear invalidation criteria is pragmatic, and their data-driven decisions helped us save significantly on spending. The results speak for themselves with a 2.2x organic traffic increase, 50% ROAS improvement, and a boost in our pipeline by 50% without needing additional headcount. Furthermore, I rely on their weekly experiment log in Notion, which helps drive our internal growth process.
