What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

While our overall experience with Pipedrive has been positive, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. Some reporting and dashboard customization options can feel limited for organizations with more complex reporting needs. Certain advanced features require additional setup or third-party integrations that could be more seamlessly incorporated into the platform. We would also appreciate more AI-driven forecasting and analytics capabilities to help identify trends and opportunities more proactively. Finally, while the mobile app is useful, there are some functions available on the desktop version that would benefit mobile users if they were more accessible within the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practical CRM with Easy Drag-and-Drop"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I totally enjoyed using Pipedrive because it's the most practical CRM I've used so far. I appreciate its very clean interface, especially on the deals page, and the ability to easily drag and move deals, which is something I like a lot. The tool is not complicated, making it easy to use and I find it a lot more easier to use than bigger CRM organizations like Salesforce. The ease of moving leads from one stage to another with the drag-and-drop feature is really helpful. I find it less complicated, allowing me not to waste a lot of time and making it very easy for me to manage. The initial setup was extremely easy, and we didn't face any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I don't think there's anything that doesn't work well on Pipedrive. Probably the link with the calendar. I remember there was a time I deleted a task on Pipedrive and it also deleted my calendar event. Although I was able to restore it, maybe there could be a warning before doing that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jorge R. of Pipedrive

Hi Vishakh,

We're glad to hear that you enjoy Pipedrive’s clean interface and drag-and-drop pipeline, and that it makes managing deals simple and efficient.

We also appreciate your feedback about the calendar behavior and the suggestion for a warning before deleting tasks. We'll share it with our team.

"Powerful Visualization and Useful Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

It has an excellent experience, very intuitive. I think it could have more integrations. The performance is very good. However, it is a bit expensive and doesn't have a free tier, which is bad, but the subscription is worth it. The support is top-notch, incredibly good. And I haven't had time to use the AI yet. I think they could make it more AI native. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Yes, it's that Pipedrive could have 1 free tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pipedrive Makes Tracking Bids and Follow-Ups Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive arranges my bids in a format that makes it easy to track my wins and losses, as well as provides a template that allows me to follow up on my projects that have gone "stale." It great used as a task management and project management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike about Pipedrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jorge R. of Pipedrive

Hi Melanie,

Thank you for sharing your experience!

We’re really glad to hear that Pipedrive is helping you organize your bids, track wins and losses, and stay on top of follow-ups for stalled projects.

It’s great to know that the platform is also working well for you as both a task and project management tool, and that it’s helping fill the gap left by not having a CRM in-house.

We’re especially pleased that you find it simpler compared to other systems you’ve used while still providing the flexibility you need.

"User-Friendly, Efficient Sales Tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I really like that Pipedrive is very user-friendly and simple. It's detailed, which is great for our team, especially those who weren't familiar with CRM platforms before. Moving our sales opportunities from multiple Excel spreadsheets into one consolidated platform has been invaluable. It lets us stay on top of all activities and results, and it's easy to share this information with other team members. I also enjoy how everything is put into one clean, easy-to-use online package. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

We haven't begun to use enough of Pipedrive as a team to understand what features might need improvement. So it's irrelevant at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jorge R. of Pipedrive

Hi Russel,

It's great to know the platform is making collaboration and activity tracking easier for your team.

"Easy, Visual Sales Pipeline Management That Keeps Our Team Organized"
4/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The best thing I like about this platform is it how easy it makes our sales pipeline management more effective with the east setup their visual pipeline view is very simple clean and practical and it also allows deals to be moved across stages without much of a complexity it also helps our sales team to clearly understand what are the opportunities need attention and what are the leads and these need follow which are pending in our sales pipeline for a longer time their email sink function and activity reminder and also their custom field of automation reporting features are also very useful in our day to day sales tracking instead of depending on spreadsheet or scattered notes this platform gives us a single organised place to manage contact deals task and conversions this platform is very helpful for our team until across our cross functional team walls as well who need smoother administrative access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

This platform is very strong as a sales theorem but most of the advanced features which are available in this space are hiding behind a higher tier plants in this platform for example lead generation web forms chat and certain automations or even project related to is not fully available in the basic in this platform also this platform is excellent for sales pipeline tracking companies who are looking for a complete all in one CRM with deep negative marketing automation may need to integrate other 3rd party tools out there which are very less available in their ecosystem and advanced customization can take bit of more time to set properly as per the business process and requirements. "Easy to Use, Strong Sales Communication and Pipeline Reviews"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

It’s easy to use, connects well with our sales team’s communications, and gives us, as managers, a clear way to check actions and non-actions. The pipeline review feature also makes it very easy and quick for us in PD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

At times it runs slow, and sometimes we don’t get proper sync with the other tools we’ve adopted or synced with, like Talkdesk or Front. That said, overall there isn’t much I can complain about—while it can be slow, it does eventually sync. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jorge R. of Pipedrive

"Good design, terrible support"
0/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The software interface design is really good. That's what drew us to it in the first place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Support. Absolutely the worst part about Pipedrive.

Our account executive, Zachary Phillips, offered us a discount during our trial. We accepted it, he said to add our billing details to the account, we did, and then he stopped responding. 5 days and two follow-up emails later, still no reply and no autoresponder saying he was out. And there is no way to reach anyone else in sales because they have no sales email and support was not able to provide me a way to contact sales. I finally got a response from the sales team lead, Spencer Smith, who just made excuses and said that Zachary has been out for a while. No acknowledgement of the fact that I had been ghosted or that they provide no other way to reach the sales team when someone is out for an extended period of time.

During that time, I also reached out to support and had a chat with Ricardo that was probably the worst customer support I've ever received. He kept insisting that I should do things that weren't possible in their software. I told him it was not an option in their software, but he insisted. I sent him a Loom screen recording showing him, and then he made up a new answer, which was also incorrect. It seems that rather than get help or admit he didn't know, he prefers to make up answers and insist they are correct. His manager, Carolyn, ended up following up the conversation by telling me that what I had said was not possible, was indeed not possible, though she said it like she was informing me. I didn't need to be told, it was their own support team who doesn't seem to know how their software works.

I also had reported a bug to support at the start of the week, spent almost an hour answering their questions and providing a Loom screen recording at their request, just to have them tell me it was a known issue. This is why most software companies use a bug tracker, so that they can know about bugs without wasting the customers time.

Overall, I found their team to be very poorly trained, not at all knowledgeable about their own software and extremely disorganized. It was bad enough that I'm writing a negative review for the first time to warn other people not to use Pipedrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jorge R. of Pipedrive

Hi Nick,

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback.

We sincerely regret to hear about your experience.

While we’re pleased that you found value in the Pipedrive’s design and interface, it’s clear that your interactions with our sales and support teams did not meet the standards we strive to uphold.

Your feedback highlights important areas where we must improve, particularly around internal coordination, responsiveness, and clarity in support interactions.

Please know that we take concerns like this seriously.

"Effortlessly Manages Customers and Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I really like that the email and calendar sync with Zoom and other apps makes it very easy on our teams. The customer email trail helps a lot, and we use the sales pipelines extensively to reach our goals. I like that we can customize the fields and forms for different campaigns, and it is easy to segment data and assign it to teams. The automations are easy to build, and the customer service is helpful when needed. Also, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

At times we make duplicates of contacts and you have to check and merge them. The system should check for duplicates and offer the merge more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pipedrive helped move leads forward towards a close efficiently"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I started using Pipedrive many years ago when Ambulatory Management Solutions/Mobile Anesthesiology decided to move away from the Google Sheets spreadsheets we had created and instead build sales pathways to better track our prospecting success. The transition was a huge success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

There’s really nothing I dislike about Pipedrive. There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to rearranging the pipelines, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes fairly easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
