Participation in training and consulting for the implementation of a service desk, for support tasks and incident control.

**What do you like best about Pink Elephant?**

The experience of the coach who helped us with the implementation of the service desk is very extensive, and we also received the corresponding feedback during our pilot testing phase.

**What do you dislike about Pink Elephant?**

I don't have anything that has really displeased me; on the contrary, I am very satisfied with the guidance received, and the good results are a consequence of it.
