I'm researching the most trusted home care agency management software providers by operations managers, based on what user reviews actually show.

One pattern in the Home Care Agency Management category jumped out: the biggest names are not the best liked. WellSky, Axxess, and HHAeXchange are everywhere in home care, yet the people who use them daily rate them near the bottom of the category on satisfaction, which is G2's measure of whether reviewers would actually recommend a product. Trust concentrates elsewhere:

AxisCare (220+ G2 reviews). The best-reviewed platform in the category, with a near-perfect satisfaction record. Reviewers consistently praise the two jobs an ops manager gets judged on: scheduling caregivers and running the agency day to day.

CareSmartz360 (60+ reviews). Built for non-medical and private duty agencies. Users rate its scheduling and point-of-care tools among the strongest in the category.

INMYTEAM (80+ reviews). Strongly reviewed across everything G2 measures, from visit verification to billing.
