## About Ping Identity
Ping Identity is a type of identity management solution designed to help organizations implement Zero Trust security frameworks while enhancing user experiences across various platforms. With a focus on intelligent identity solutions, Ping Identity empowers enterprises to securely manage access to cloud, mobile, Software as a Service (SaaS), and on-premises applications, facilitating a seamless integration of identity management into their digital business strategies. The target audience for Ping Identity primarily includes large enterprises and organizations that require robust security measures and streamlined access management for their workforce, customers, and partners. This solution is particularly beneficial for businesses operating in hybrid environments, where applications and data are spread across multiple platforms and locations. By adopting Ping Identity, organizations can ensure that their security protocols are not only effective but also user-friendly, thereby improving overall productivity and satisfaction. Key features of the PingOne Cloud Platform include single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and adaptive authentication, which collectively enhance security while simplifying the user experience. The platform's SSO capability allows users to access multiple applications with a single set of credentials, reducing password fatigue and improving user compliance. MFA adds an extra layer of security by requiring additional verification steps, which is crucial in today’s threat landscape. Adaptive authentication further strengthens security by assessing user behavior and context, enabling organizations to respond dynamically to potential risks. Ping Identity stands out in the identity management category through its commitment to open standards and strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Microsoft and Amazon. This approach not only enhances interoperability with existing systems but also ensures that organizations can leverage the latest technologies and innovations in identity management. By providing flexible solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each enterprise, Ping Identity accelerates digital transformation initiatives, enhances customer engagement, and fortifies security measures, making it a valuable asset for any organization looking to navigate the complexities of modern identity management.

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

At my company, we are heavy users of PingFederate. We have thousands of federated applications with different needs. PingFederate has answers for just about all of them.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

You can tell that PingFederate was written in Java and it shows. There are many administrative tasks required to keep it running that other products don't require.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved too many problems to list here with PingIdentity products. We use SSO with thousands of applications, PingID for MFA, PingDirectory for identity storage and password authentication. We use the provided API's to extend functionality to meet unique business needs.

If you misconfigured the PingID my mistake then its very difficult to get into the server , almost impossible.

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

The Ping platform provides options for cloud (IDaaS) or on-prem / customer cloud deployment. There are solutions for B2E, B2B and B2C scenarios.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

Ping's total solution is made up of a number of products (e.g. Ping federate, PingID, Ping Directory, Ping 1 for enterprise, Ping 1 for customers) and while flexibility is nice, it requires decisions to be made on which product to use to fit all use cases.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access management for B2B and B2C including integration with applications using standards-based integrations and legacy integrations.

PING follows the OAuth 2.0 specs and keeps up with ratified changes. It is very fast and light weight. The PING Federated experience just works.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

PING needs a configurable easy to use portal for setting up scopes and resource restrictions for OAuth 2.0 for on-premise use. I would also like to understand how PING is supporting Zero Trust and the SPIFFE specification.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly Federated Identity for SSO, but want to do more.

 ### 18. Ping federate product review on authentication methods

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

I have found ping is the best product in terms of multiple authentications factors and for its ease of doing.
we have used ping for MFA certificate-based authentication for personal devices (BYOD) and had many adapters for our convenient usage for a better communication/connection. we can use ping as Federation hub if you have multiple IDPs and SPs.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

Downsides, I personally feel like the Ping Access must be included in the same license of ping federate. so that clients can use its functionality also for legacy applications. Apart from that, everything is cool.

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

Always go with the complete product of ping do not use any 3rd party apps we can reduce performance issues, it has all latest and advanced required features.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have given solutions for external user authentication with MFA and internal user authentication with IWA. and for secured access with personal devices of users, we have set up certificate-based authentication if the user agrees to install the client certificate.

 ### 21. Ping Identity - easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

Simplicity of the UI and integration capabilities

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

Nothing particular. Mobile client should be somehow improved. Instructions in it would help as well.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single Sign on

 ### 22. Open Standards-based Identity Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cory P. | Principal Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

I like the approach to standardizing on open standards, like SAML, WS-Federation, SCIM, OAuth, OpenID Connect, OATH, and FIDO2/WebAuthn. Open standards make it easier to build, secure, and maintain applications integration with Ping Identity platforms. Ping Identity is a thought leader in the identity and access management space, and routinely is a member of the bodies that create new standards.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

Not all applications support open standards out of the box, so customization is needed to take full advantage of the platform. Some products, like PingFederate are able to be customized to the extreme, while other products, like PingOne for Enterprise, or PingID, are more limited. Ping Identity was slow to adopt/release official docker support, but have now caught up.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing single sign-on, identity and access management, authentication, and authorization. Moving to open standards for authentication and authorization has significantly helped speed up our internal development times, after a team has learned the standard.

 ### 23. Administrator

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

PI SSO was excellent incorporating SSO with Microsoft Office and Google Gsuite

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

Local installation and database server required

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

Consider third party security providers in addition to MS suite of services.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SSO for GSuite

 ### 25. Ping Identity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faisal N. | System engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

Ping Identity is a powerful product suite, that has enabled us to solve complex identity access management challenges. I.e Identity federation and biometric authentication using PingID SDK. The main area where the product suit is lacking is automation and cloud readiness and enabling of devops best practice. Ping professional services have provided invaluable support in our initial setup and roll out. "

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

As Ping expands their product offering I am concerned if they will be able to maintain their focus on each individual product

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

the end result is great. Ping Federate is very flexible and has been able to handle all of our use cases

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Securing APIs and web applications from hackers by building a product is a humongous task. Ping has accomplished this and earned credibility as a product that can be set up to secure web/mobile applications using web tokens, xaml assertions and handling session management. The product is so reliable that it is trusted by many high profile companies. As a developer I have managed to onboard many applications using pingfederate. The tool is really easy to configure and setup, with support documents available online for anyone who wish to try it on their application

 ### 26. Ping Identity is a strong partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

Ping Identity has great, standards based products. I can buy as much or as little of the suite as I like and know that it will interoperate with the other services I use on premise or in the cloud. I also really appreciate that the entire Ping team has taken the time to get to know us as a customer to deliver what we really need. They are focused on our success and not just our annual renewal or another sale.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

To operate at large scale in an enterprise, we really need self-service options for managing SSO configurations, whether on-prem or via the PingOne cloud solution. To date, those feature have been lagging, though we're now starting to see Ping address this gap with PingCentral. Looking forward to learning more about that product.

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

Definitely worth checking them out. They're at a good place in the Gartner Magic Quadrant and they'll partner well with you.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Ping Identity for SSO with PingFederate, as well as PingOne's cloud based IDP, which has been an SSO adoption accelerator as our use of SaaS solutions has taken off these past few years. We're also using the PingID MFA service to bring strong authentication to our entire workforce for Office 365, AWS, various other SaaS solutions, VPN, and more. We've achieved greater speed to market for our business applications and higher customer satisfaction. With PingID, we've improved our overall security while simultaneously reducing user friction during the login process.

 ### 27. Reliable Federation and MFA Platform for Enterprise Use Cases

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon L. | Director - Identity Engineering, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

It is a reliable, flexible, standards-based authentication platform. It's APIs have allowed us to develop self-service for app integration in two large enterprises. It is flexible in its deployment and allows us to minimize our operational efforts through the use of containers and cloud-native services.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

PingFederate used to be the platform where new standards where deployed early on, users could figure out how to make them useful to the enterprise, and then their adoption would proliferate. This happened with OAuth 2, OpenID Connect, and various OIDC profiles. Over the last couple of years the organization has switched to a "platform" portfolio of applications- meaning that because their tool for authorization is PingAccess, they don't see a need to implement an UMA2 endpoint in PingFederate. They were successful by giving engineers a solid platform to use new standards-based authentication and authorization profiles, but now they are pivoting away from that.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wouldn't say I have "problems" with the platform per se, more that the friction with a Ping deployment comes from working with legacy application app architectures. There are several integration kits which help get old apps capable of consuming SAML/OIDC, but as our deployment and service delivery goals are 100% self-service without any custom deployments with high administrative touch, solving for the last mile while keeping our strategy intact is difficult.

PingID had issues with availability about 2 years back, though that has improved dramatically in the last 18 months. I have no qualms about PingID today.

 ### 28. Ping Intelligent Identity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

The product seems to work well, it is very stable once it is properly configured. The base features are very useful and don't require extensive customization. The flexibility of this system was a key requirement in order for us to move away from our legacy system.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

The initial configuration can be a little daunting there is a pretty steep learning curve for each of the modules. I would have preferred to have detailed documentation available for me to learn on my own but it doesn't seem available currently.

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

It is a stable platform but you will probably need Pro Services to get it up and running.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it for Customer Identity Management, we needed a flexible stable platform for Authentication, consolidation of customer identities. It also helped provide us with a better unified session user experience between our web properties.

 ### 29. Ping Identity products

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason L. | Vice President, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

The best part of using Ping products is the time to deploy. We were able to download a version of Ping Federate and have it working by EOD. The GUI interface is intuitive and makes setting up SAML connections with 3rd party customers a breeze. We had an existing federation solution with another vendor product and fully moved over to Ping due to is ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

No dislikes here. Even the subscription pricing that includes all the add-in components is cost effective for us.

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

Try a POC of the product, it is extremely easy to setup.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time to deploy new applications. In addition to PingFederate, we are also implementing their PingOne and PingID solutions, replacing other existing vendor products.

 ### 30. Ping is not just a platform but also a trusted partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

I've worked with Ping across 3 different employers. Each time I've had different engineers, sales folks and various other contacts and they have all been exceptional. I have never felt like a customer with Ping. Instead, they have made me feel valued as their customer and that my voice matters. I have always received excellent support in both pre-sales and post-sales and, most importantly, they have always partnered with me to help find the best solution for my needs and not just the one which makes them the most money. A truly valued relationship.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

There is so much information available through their support pages as well as from other Ping sites and resources that it is sometimes difficult to find what I am looking for on my own. While I can always ask someone to send me what I need I sometimes like to try and explore on my own but the volume of good information is sometimes overwhelming.

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

This is a robust platform which can do a lot. Having a good understanding of your use cases will help scoping your project needs and help Ping better understand and design your solution. Get to know your Ping account reps and let them help you.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Ping for Federation and MFA services. SSO allows us to better monitor and adhere to our regulatory requirements for access while MFA provides the same in addition to being a more secure way to authenticate for the organization.

 ### 31. Great SSO and MFA Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

I have been using Ping Identity for the past year, and it has worked seamlessly. I use it daily for multi-factor authentication and single sign-on, and it is the best solution I have personally used for either. It is quick, easy to use, and adaptable.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

I can't think of anything specific that I dislike at the time.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have realized the benefits of single sign-on and the simplicity it provides when using our company's suite of applications.

 ### 32. Sr. Manager of Advanced Authentication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

Identity products keep pace with needs. Listen to customers. Good people, easy to work with. Play nice with other vendors.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

Lagging behind in adaptive authentication for a few years, but that is changing. PingFed OAuth/OIDC implementation could be better. It is highly flexible but confusing to setup and maintain.

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

Do it :)

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ping products are highly flexible to meet any need for large enterprises.
Azure AD integration works well.
MFA service is easy to use, and the PingID app works well with other apps.

 ### 33. Good for authentication with servers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gilberth M. | Wireless Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

It does the job as expected even when not connected to the internet, If I'm using another machine to log in into a server it does not ask to connect to the internet to get a code

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

Sometimes I forget what I was doing for a moment and check the code I got from ping id and it already timed out. It would be nice to have a longer time to authenticate. When a coworker ask a question or you are doing several task it's easy to forget you were trying to login and then you have to ask for another code

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

It just works, nothing more to say.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessing client servers in an easy way

 ### 34. Ping Identity helping us to federate identity across the company and the business unit

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

Really good support and really responsible. Products are in the best class on the market and expecially Ping Federate for our usage.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

SaaS service is really less than powerfull than some competitor with lack of option.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

federate identity through lot of DataStore sources. Onboarding application for SSO in a minute. Use contextual behavior to enforce the corporate policy regarding the authorization process.

 ### 35. Robust yet simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt A. | Senior IAM Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

As a tool to manage, the platform is designed well. it is intuitive and if you have managed other similar products you can pick up the Ping suite fairly easily. It has also seemed to be an easy experience for most users as well.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

There is not much I dislike about Ping. A few minor tweaks here or there in admin controls would be nice. As Ping gets more market share, it will help with recruiting new IAM engineers with existing Ping knowledge.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved a number of problems using the Ping suite of tools, most recently we were rolled out Customer Identity and Access Management.

 ### 36. Rock solid SAML and OAuth support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

Solid support and solid product. Expanding breadth of products can cover many IAM use cases.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

Sometimes difficult to find documentation for specific use case. Open support ticket to handle this.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAML 2 federation with customers, OAuth authorization server.

 ### 37. Easy and great for MFO

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Creig N. | TDY Reservations Tools and Technology -Operational Products , Airlines/Aviation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

So one of the things that I love most about this application is the ease of enrollment. When we decided to move to a MFO system, I was nervous about how hard it would be to enroll in the system and integrate into our enterprise applications. This was so simple, it was a double take.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

At first we did have some issei's when users did not add a backup device. If they for whatever reason, switched or reset a device that was previously enrolled, Like restoring a phone, if they did not enroll a backup device, they were locked out of the account. the reset was fairly simple, but something to be mindful of.

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

DO remind your users to add a backup device upon initial enrollment. that way if they do need to reset one of their devices, they have a secondary device to re-enroll

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We really needed to have an enterprise solution for MFO and Ping was very easy to adopt. It works across a variety of devices and integrated well with our enterprise applications.

 ### 38. Easy and quick Single Sign ON

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabelle S. | Network Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

We use this as a part of SSO process, we enter our user, password and if everything is ok, the website will ask for PingID, you enter the number and you are done, as simple as that.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

You can refresh many times in a row and codes are still valid, since it's a 6 number value I wonder how many codes are actually valid in the same moment. I would prefer a longer code.

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

It's a bit annoying to use it every time but it increases security, so the tradeoff is not too bad

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single Sign ON for online applications

 ### 39. Fast and reliable authenticator for large deployments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corin P. | Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

Works without internet connection in the host machine, code is valid for only a few seconds so very secure. Easy to deploy as long as your target audience have a computer and an email, nothing more is needed

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

It's simple and reliable, nothing to dislike

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Logging in on client devices that need 2 factor authentication

 ### 40. Ping Identity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan R. | Manager, Information Security, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

The tool set has been really simple to setup and add new applications to.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

Currently there is nothing that is a dislike for us.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are modernizing our IAM tools for both customers and employees.

 ### 41. Easy to use - pain to switch to new device

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

I think it is really easy to use, I remember that setting PingID for the first time on my phone was very very easy. I've never really had any issues with it – I really like the option of using a manual code if or when your mobile device doesn't have access to a network (very helpful when trying to connect on airplanes and your phone doesn't have service).

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

Changing to a new device is a such a hassle. It took me about two days to finally do it and I had to reach out to our IT department for help. The issue might have been that I didn't disable my old device first, however it was not an easy process and it ended up causing issues with other applications that use PingID (like VPN for example).

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

As a user I think it is very easy to use - unsure how it is for an administrator.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps with account protection, specially helpful to avoid account takeovers.

 ### 42. Fast and easy identity verification

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda B. | Program Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

With PingID, Identity verification is extremely fast and very easy. The best part is that it does not require users to wait for a phone call or a text message in order to verify they are who they say they are.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

It is not clear to end users what authentication method is used when users originally install and set it up, which can cause some security-minded folks to contact IT with questions.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to prevent unauthorized access to our VPN, and needed a solution that would allow our users to quickly verify their identity without requiring them to wait for a phone call or text message.

 ### 43. Ping to get in

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony F. | Manager, Digital Sales Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

Ping was an easy enough tool for security to log in to my work tool set. Pretty fast and consistent to get call back or text back log in credentials. As a simple user, I didn't need it to be robust or complex just simple which it was.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

I did not have any real complaints. As far as how I used it as just a log in user, I needed it to just work when I wanted to log into my companie's tools. Sometimes the text relay was a little delayed but this was rarely the case.

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

Great tool, highly recommend!

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IT has provided a safe and secure way to protect company details, information and privacy. Good solid tool that works and works well.

 ### 44. Great Tool- Super Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra C. | Procurement Operations Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

I like how easy this application is to use. It was rolled out about a year ago to my company and it took barely any training for the employees to figure it out.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

I truly do not have any dislikes about this tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

Such a great and easy to use tool. I definitely recommend switching if you are using something else.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the business problem of keeping our network and information safe in any environment including when not at work. For our employees it is solving a quick and easy way to always stay secure.

 ### 45. Simple and intuitive tool which serves its purpose well

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge V. | Senior Analyst, Customer Insights, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

The tool is very easy to use. All you do is log on and it takes you to all of the programs that you need. Some of the programs may need an additional log-in, but it's always the same enterprise username and password, which makes password management super simple.

It's also great to just have everything you need in one place; this makes work that much easier.

Even the search functionality is a plus. It makes it easy to find and add other apps to your PingOne homepage.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

There's really not much to dislike with this software program. The layout is intuitive (frequently used in the top half and all apps on the bottom half). Also, the tabs on the left-hand side that categorize apps is really handy. The interface is not the prettiest, but I'm not sure this is expected.

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

PingOne is a well-designed tool that manages to simplify the use of multiple work apps as well as help evade the issue of having to remember multiple passwords. By compartmentalizing all of your work apps, PingOne also helps the user think of apps are serving particular purposes.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problems we are solving with PingOne are password management and website sprawl. It's great to have everything in one place, and removing that extra layer of complexity really gives the user back a lot of time in his/her day over the span of a year or more.

 ### 46. PingID

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

Quick and easy access right from my phone. It was simple to pair my device and once that is done I can use PingID as an authentication factor to access my corporate network.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

The app frequently unpairs from my device which means have to go through the set up process from scratch. This can be frustrating when in a time crunch to quickly access my network.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my clients, they frequently have questions regarding how to pair their device and it doesn't seem like the photo instructions help them. However, once they do realize how to use it then they can easily access the network to perform tasks independently.

 ### 47. Easily log on to many apps w/out having to remember passwords

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

makes it very simple to log on to company softaware apps without having to remember passwords
very helpful when you have to change your password multuiple times per year
also very nice that when you do have to change your password, you only have to do it in one place for all the others to update

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

sometimes can't get in as easily when working from home
it also asks for some key when i'm working remote and I can't find the key anywhere
it also asks me to download some plug in from time to time

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have to change our passwords failry often so this is the only way to make it easy to manage those changes without having to constantly reset passwords because you have so many floating out there and not knowing which goes where

 ### 48. Good 2 factor authentication tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

I can authenticate by phone, tablet, pc, email and mac and it works everytime i use it.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

When i have lost a device removing it and replacing it was not straightforward

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

Just use it, it's kind of annoying to do 2 factor authentication, but it's required.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it does 2 factor authentication and it does it's job well.

 ### 49. I'm satisfied with PingID

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel A. | Senior Service Desk, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2018

**What do you like best about Ping Identity?**

I like because its makes more safe my account or access, i can't track all my logs and even i can grant access from my mobile device.

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

for the Desktop version its takes a few time to be open, i dont know now because i'm only using the PingID for mobile which is faster.

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

I think we are facing issue trying to connect PingID with Fuze so for now we have disabled this feature because users are not able to login.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making more safe the accounts, users do not need to type passwords and usernames and its like a unified method for all sites access.

 ### 50. Best Tools for secure Sign In

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kumarasamy P. | Staff Firmware Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

Adding new service ( i.e new organization) very easy via QR, Manual Pairing.
One-time Passcode generated some interval of time and as well as manual so it's secure.
People unable use your system until your permission or you are manually present over there

**What do you dislike about Ping Identity?**

Swipe login option not working consistently sometimes.
Auto passcode sometime irritates while you are looking the passcode for use

**Recommendations to others considering Ping Identity:**

For secure content access use, PingID is recommended. Easy to Use for all
More secure until the phone is with you.

**What problems is Ping Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our Company IT system, we have used PingID for internet access.
