We were using almost nine products from PingIdentity and it's easy to use and scale on the demand. The provided upgrade utility makes upgrades easy to perform. The professional services group from Ping has also been excellent and has been a true partner during implementation and other additional projects. So far I didn't get any issues with PingIdentity products.I don't like how the communication at the API layer is based on changing the content type instead of using a standard RESTful API. To me, this seems like some kind of security by obscurity. We ran into a couple of minor issues when implementing the PingFederate disaster recovery solution, but the support team is very professional enough to step in and helped us along the way. I love the mobile app. I used to train employees on using the desktop application to copy and paste their new code for access. I recently started using the app on my phone and watch. The interface is easy to use and works well without many hiccups. I was handed PingFederate by my company without any experience using federation servers or SSO previously and have grown to like the product more and more as I use it. The one thing that does bother me using PingFederate is the confusing use of "Done", "Save", and "Next" when you are setting up a configuration. Ping Identity focuses on the cloud now with two core components PingOne nad PingID only in the cloud, unfortunately not all companies are happy with storing data (customer or employee) in cloud, especially if they have to follow specific regulations with data handling (f.e border restrictions). Product documentation on PingIdenttiy website is not the best, it's hard to navigate in the documents, and sometimes we are having difficulties when we are trying to search for some details. Products are still decent but does not seem to be much innovation anymore and you receive zero support from your account team and when opneing a support case you basically get no answer and the they auto close your tickets without any resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Account teams is awful, professional services team was not great and support is awful, not even worth opening a ticket with them as you basically get no response as it is assigned to employees not in your time zone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
