It’s web-based, so it’s accessible from anywhere, and it’s an all-in-one type system, which helps to (almost) eliminate the need for multiple apps and software systems.
What do you dislike?
There is no smartphone app or mobile version of the website, so using the system on a smartphone is cumbersome. The scheduling system is better for long term projects, so we use an external, online calendar for scheduling technicians. The design of work orders seems to be very restricted?
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Time tracking within the system is a huge help and allows us to see how efficient our technicians are, and having work history for each boat is accessible (although a bit cumbersome to get to). We have eliminated waste in terms of part inventory and labor.

Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
