It’s web-based, so it’s accessible from anywhere, and it’s an all-in-one type system, which helps to (almost) eliminate the need for multiple apps and software systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no smartphone app or mobile version of the website, so using the system on a smartphone is cumbersome. The scheduling system is better for long term projects, so we use an external, online calendar for scheduling technicians. The design of work orders seems to be very restricted?
