**What do you like best about YouNav?**

YouNav is a very pleasant management tool to use. It is intuitive and easy to handle. The support is very responsive in case of malfunction. Our clients can now access their account online. They are delighted, and so are we, as it allows for a significant time saving.

**What do you dislike about YouNav?**

Disconnections that remain occasional.

**What problems is YouNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

YouNav concentrates all the tools that allow a marina to operate, such as email management, customer accounts, invoicing, quotes, handling schedules, and more.

You Nav is a very nice, extensive and user-friendly system. 
It can be expanded with various modules and the support department is always willing to help you.

**What do you dislike about YouNav?**

Very occasionally no connection to the program, but is quickly back online

To have and maintain a very good insight
