What do you like best about PharaohSoft?

PharaohSoft is providing wide range of services which i liked

The first is they can provide you the solution based on our requirements , We can customize the softwares according to our need and they will give you advice also which sometimes is very beneficial for a non technical person like me

The other best thing is they have there expertise in e commerece bussiness , that will definetely fit in your business needs

Ease of use , there is no such difficulty occurrs

Customer support is also very good

Implmemetation and pricing may vary as per our requirement but overall implemenation is upto the mark

What do you dislike about PharaohSoft?

The one thing which personally i dont think that is good is that they have lock in policy , so if you implement this software you cant change than atleat for a year or 3 , so that thing they have to improve on , thay have to give flexibility to there users

Cost will be very high as they customize the things as per your needs but while customizing cost reaches to very high which is difficult situatation for small enterprises Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PharaohSoft:

Negotiate in Lock in Period of using this software , because nobody known when new product launches and we have to change entire strategy that time negotiation thing will really benefifical

Secondly most of the features are may not perfect use for you but still you have to pay for that , replace unnecessary features with the features which you really need , this will save your cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Biggest problem which enterprises are facing is in using correct data at correct place , In healthcare where organization is having 1000's of sales person in a country and they are meeting with many healthcare profesionals on a daily basis , so data collection and than analyze the data is very important for any company , In that case we are using PharaohSoft which transform data in very simple manner so that we can understand the scope of improvement wherever possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
