The first is they can provide you the solution based on our requirements. We can customize the software according to our needs and they will give you advice also which sometimes is very beneficial for a non-technical person like me. The other best thing is they have their expertise in e-commerce business, that will definitely fit in your business needs. Ease of use, there is no such difficulty occurs. Customer support is also very good. Implementation and pricing may vary as per our requirement but overall implementation is up to the mark. They provide a number of solutions starting from developing to analytics everything. **What do you dislike about PharaohSoft?** The one thing which personally I don't think is good is that they have a lock-in policy, so if you implement this software you can't change it for at least a year or three, so that thing they have to improve on, they have to give flexibility to their users. Cost will be very high as they customize the things as per your needs but while customizing cost reaches very high which is a difficult situation for small enterprises. **Recommendations to others considering PharaohSoft:** Negotiate in the lock-in period of using this software, because nobody knows when a new product launches and we have to change the entire strategy. That negotiation thing will be really beneficial. Secondly, most of the features may not be perfect for you, but still, you have to pay for them. Replace unnecessary features with the features you really need, this will save your cost. **What problems is PharaohSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem which enterprises are facing is using the correct data in the correct place. In healthcare, where an organization has thousands of salespeople in a country and they are meeting with many healthcare professionals on a daily basis, data collection and then analyzing the data is very important for any company.
