That you can order cards as you need them for new staff, if someone leaves, you can just de-activate the card. That is a certain level or protection and comfort my business needs. The couldn't just turn them back on, once they are closed you have to order all new cards with all new numbers. This is a very shallow dislike because i really had to think of something. It solves the needs for individual credit cards for individual managers, as well as managing a line of credit, and receipt/expense collection and reporting. With this system it doesnt matter how many managers we issue cards to because we are able to control the cash that flows to the and put spend rules on the cards. Then it is super easy to photograph and upload your receipts as soon as you make a transaction. It has saved hours of my time tracking down receipts as well as worrying if cards are being mis-used, or if an employee leaves have to track down that credit card.
