"A lifesaver for daily operations, KOTs, and inventory tracking"
4/5
What do you like best about Petpooja POSS?

Honestly, the best part is its daily reliability and how clean the interface is. The UI/UX is very straightforward—it takes almost no time to train a new cashier because punching orders, modifying items, and splitting bills is completely intuitive.

Performance-wise, it's incredibly stable. The fact that it works offline is a lifesaver during a busy weekend rush; even if our internet fluctuates, the billing and kitchen order tickets (KOTs) keep printing without any lag. From a pricing and ROI perspective, it’s one of the most affordable and value-for-money systems out there. The monthly subscription doesn't pinch your pocket, and the return on investment is immediate because it cuts down a lot of billing errors and manual calculations. What do you dislike about Petpooja POSS?

Honestly, the integrations with delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato still need some tightening up. During heavy weekend rushes, the sync sometimes lags, meaning a few online orders don't automatically push to the POS and my staff has to punch them in manually. Also, while the initial onboarding and setup were quite fast, getting high-level support during late-night hours can be tough. The basic helpline is fine, but if you run into a complex technical glitch, it takes a bit too long to get an actual engineer to resolve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
