I like to interact with this platform because it adapts to the needs that every pet parent would like to have their animal cared for and protected while they take it for a walk or take care of it in a different place. The platform provides a connection between the caregiver and the Very detailed client of how they want their care to be and keep track, just as making payments is simple through PetPocketbook, which has all the payment methods necessary to receive them. **What do you dislike about PetPocketbook?** There is nothing bad to say about PetPocketbook, everything has worked correctly since day 1 **What problems is PetPocketbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** You can better manage the walks of each pet and keep track of important information such as vaccines, health status and other key information so that our pet is safe. ### 2. It is easy to use from the administrator and the client's point of view. I am saving a lot of time and I am also able to focus on a lot of other tasks. Being easy to drag and drop dogs to various groups. It saves a lot of time. The PPB I can have on my client agreements and the T&C'S sent out, filled in and saved. Clients can check their walk times, and request and cancel walks. PPB always automatically invoices from the completed dog walk schedule The PPB team is always friendly and super helpful available to answer questions that arise. The price is also very competitive. **What do you dislike about PetPocketbook?** The only thing I disliked is that there is not a mobile version of this and if there was it would be way more accessible to the users and make it mobile on the go. **Recommendations to others considering PetPocketbook:** It is great for dog groomers, dog walkers and kennels. The customer service is spectacular and is there when you have any questions The price is unbeatable and saves your pocketbook. **What problems is PetPocketbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving the heavy lifting of schedule and invoice creation. Now the client's information is in one safe and secure location where it can be accessed at any time.
