**What do you like best about Time To Pet?**

I am thrilled to share my experience with Time To Pet, my chosen CRM management software for Furever Friends Home Pet Care. As the proud owner of a pet care business, I can confidently say that Time To Pet has significantly enhanced my operations and client interactions on a daily basis.

One of the standout features of Time To Pet, besides the steller customer support, is its user-friendly interface, making it an ideal choice for beginners and seasoned professionals alike. The intuitive design and straightforward navigation have eased the learning curve, allowing me to maximize my efficiency from day one. The onboarding process was seamless, and I quickly adapted to the system, saving me valuable time and resources.

What truly sets Time To Pet apart is its outstanding value for the monthly fee. **What do you dislike about Time To Pet?**

The only con I've discovered is the Time To Pet system limitation on billing for extra pets. While I charge extra for additional pets beyond the first, the system doesn't differentiate between types of pets. 

For instance, the client has two dogs and a cat on their profile, and I charge different rates for dogs vs cats. If the primary service booked is dog sitting, the system charges the extra fee at the dog rate and doesn’t distinguish that one of the extra pets should be billed at the cat rate.

**What do you like best about Time To Pet?**

There are many things that I like about time to pet software! 
Scheduling capabilities allows for seeing daily weekly monthly, which is super helpful. Other software does not allow this.
The reporting that it allows is tremendous. I can see profit and loss for the whole year for just a month so I can customize the date range. Very helpful.
Invoice  syncs with QuickBooks. 
Staff can track mileage and clock in and clock out
I can also get reports of if they were they are too long or not long enough.

**What do you dislike about Time To Pet?**

The only thing it doesn't do, but I would like for it to do is the ability to send video to the clients

Scheduling problems, invoicing, problems reporting. I've been able to see through the P&L's where my moneys going and that's been super helpful and has allowed better productivity.

It's the best pet sitting and dog walking software on the market. Clients find it easy to use, their customer service is fast and reliable, and since it was made specifically for dog walking and pet sitting businesses, it has all the bells and whistles you could want.

The reports and analytics are wonderful, but I wish they were a little more customizable.

It helps me run my pet sitting business by allowing clients to book with ease, access and update pet information, and pay invoices, all in one app. It benefits me because I can run reports and analytics on my client data.

**What do you like best about Time To Pet?**

My approach to my dog sitting business is incredibly individualized/tailor-made to fit the needs of the dogs I watch. Time to Pet not allow allows for all of the main, most essential features like booking/scheduling systems for specific services, paperwork/vaccination records, & payment transaction options; most specific to me, it has INCREDIBLY customizable features for things like updating clients with *super cute/modern looking aesthetic* report cards where you can upload all your photos as well. Plus, it's entirely manageable budget wise- & I've tried even the most "advanced" of softwares!

**What do you dislike about Time To Pet?**

While it's super simple & convenient once you get the hang of it, especially for clients who have little patience with technology, it can take a little bit of time adjusting/adapting to the new platform. It's just SO intricate that certain features admittedly took me a few frustrating tries to implement properly. I also wish it was a little easier to book services for more overnight /longterm services as opposed to just dog walking/check-in visits.

• Keeping all documentation/paperwork/vac records recorded online so that it's safe & secured in a private business storage. 
• Updating owners with incredibly detailed report cards where they can read about their dog(s)' stay & see all of the photos taken that day; it's helped save me storage on my phone.

I dragged my feet about getting Time to Pet because it felt like it would be hard to use.  Nope.  It's easy, and they're always there to help.  Scheduling, invoicing, communication, client information, emailing clients--they have it all.  I wish I started using it years ago.  It has moved my business to a professional level that my clients appreciate and enjoy.

**What do you dislike about Time To Pet?**

The only thing that I would say is that we can't send video through Time to Pet.  I understand why, but some clients miss that.

I no longer have to prepare invoices or remember to tack on holiday surcharges.  I no longer have to carry a paper planner with my schedule.  I don't have to type instructions to my staff.  I don't have to worry about forgetting a visit.

Time to Pet is very intuitive and easy to use. My clients are usually impressed with it and it helps my new business appear more professional. My company is just starting, so this is important to me. I also like the ease of booking for the clients.

It has occasionally crashed on me, though not recently. There are some areas it will not complete the visit, but I think that is due to more of a connection issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Time To Pet:**

Great if your just starting out or have been in business for a while. They have excellent customer service and have always answered any question I have promptly.

**What problems is Time To Pet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payment and scheduling are the two biggest things that Time to Pet helps with for me. TTP definitely keeps me on track. I like the email reminders of my upcoming schedules.

**What do you like best about Time To Pet?**

I've met the developer before. He's so kind and quite brilliant. They have a sensational product. The best part is they created a community where customers are able to constantly provide feedback based on our individual experiences with our staff and customers. Throughout the last 6,7 years of using TTP, I've seen them use this invaluable information to make TTP even better every few months or so with rockstar updates. Every time an update pops up I get super excited. In my opinion this is by FAR the best Pet care crm. And I have compared them all.

**What do you dislike about Time To Pet?**

I don't have anything bad to say about ttp. They took my business at 30 clients in 2016 and now in 2022 I have served over 600 clients in the hartford ct area alone.

If there's an issue, support gets back to us very fast.

The communication is top notch. It is comforting to receive pictures and updates of our furbabies when we are on vacation. I love this service so much and I am so glad that we found a pet sitting business that truly cares for our pets and for our peace of mind. I hightly recommend. The Time to Pet app shows the dedication and care to offering full service with professionism.

I cannot think of one thing that I dislike. We can message and send pictures.

We used to have to ask friends and family to care for our pets when we were away. It felt like we were burdening them. Now we use the Time to Pet app to request the days that we need. It is that simple. We receive pictures that reassure us everytime our pet sitter visits.

One of the best tools for a pet business and to impress your customer by scheduling auto-reminder service, Mobile scheduling, real-time update, and all.   

The dashboard looks are very cool and very easy to use.

No major dislike but regarding price, I think it is too high as compared to others.
After 14 days of the trial period, you need to buy a subscription of 35$ or 25$ as per the need of your business.

Solved my biggest problem of Pet services as we are getting an option to use Mobile apps, desktop, and customer services are very active to support.

Features I like are Staff management, client Management, and scheduling/ invoicing.

I like what it is trying to do and there aren't many others in the same space. It still needs some development to look sleek and function intuitively, but it is a good start.

I enjoyed the fact there was a mileage tracker. It made it a lot easier to submit at the end of the week to payroll for reimbursement!

It is almost impossible to speak to a live agent when you need help with something simple.

**What do you like best about Time To Pet?**

Not only it allows clients to access to the app and manage their own schedule (to a certain degree) and gives them visibility of the events they have requested, it allows me to manage all the walkers schedules and control payroll as well as disburse tips. Clients love to see the reports and seeing the pet pics and it does give them a certain sense of security.

There are certain things that can’t be modified just for a couple of users (like you cannot deactivate email communications for just one user for example)

Scheduling, contractor control and payroll and tip control.

Streamlines everything. Saves a lot of time by bringing a lot of things to one place. All client info, scheduling, invoicing, mass emails, etc. are all in one place.

Cost per employee is a tad high. Could be a tiered system such as 1-3, 4-6 employees etc

Scheduling has been far easier since switching over.

All invoicing and billing is done through time to pet too. People can use credit online or on the app

**What do you like best about Time To Pet?**

Time To Pet ( or TTP as we call it for short) is a true lifesaver in so many ways! My company has roughly 130 services a day and TTP makes it seamless for us. Hours are saved weekly with invoices and pay stubs that are generated in two clicks, a client app and an app for our staff members. And one of the things that sets them apart is that we have full control over how things look, can add our branding and all text is in our own personal company language- not some canned text that seems impersonal. We LOVE this product!

**What do you dislike about Time To Pet?**

Honestly, anytime we have feedback or would like something to be added or adjusted over the years, Time To Pet has been highly receptive to making those ideas reality. The creators / founders of TTP reply lightning fast to any concerns or questions- even during the holidays!

My recommendation is to stop shopping - THIS IS THE ONE!! =)

We use Time To Pet for all of our scheduling, billing and client organization needs. It has saved us hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars over the years. We no longer have late payments from clients, wasted paid hours of scheduling and accounting time and our complex daily operations are much easier with this product.

**What do you like best about Time To Pet?**

  The interface is simple and modern, it is easy to use, friendly, useful and fast! and with advanced features. I love the ease of programming, GPS, time tracking. The "reports" tab is very useful for tracking sales tax, payments and income. It's also a mobile application that my team and I can access from their mobile devices. Additionally it is also customizable and I like the integration with Google Calendar, in short it is a database software, point of sale, communication and customer programming.


**What do you dislike about Time To Pet?**

Sometimes clients' text messages in response to visit reports return to the office instead of to attendees, however, we hope they are resolved in one of your many software enhancements and I would like to be able to configure emails for each pet visit as needed, not send an email every time a visit is completed.

**Recommendations to others considering Time To Pet:**

 We have tested another pet software and this is the cleanest, simplest and, in general, the best I've used. My customers will tell you the same thing too! it's worth a try, I recommend it.

Time to pet allowed my business to grow, has been a great tool for our business as it comes with many excellent features that allow you to run the business very easily and conveniently saving us a lot of money and time invested as it entered all my data in a matter of days and was all the information I need is easily accessible and my customers love how convenient it is for them too.  Communication with customers and staff is in one place, which helps prevent anything from being overlooked. It also helps to separate our business and personal lives. We've been in business for 3 years and used different programming software for 1 year when switching to TTP was one of the best business decisions we've made. We also love the support staff. They are always professional, helpful and polite.

**What do you like best about Time To Pet?**

The client app is great. Clients can chat with walkers, view walk reports, and pay invoices. It's pretty good for staff too. They can view all their info, client addresses and access instructions all in one place. 

**What do you dislike about Time To Pet?**

I don't love the admin app. It's still clunky and I have to sign in to the web version on my phone to schedule or edit events. I wish the admin app was more mobile friendly.

It's still my top choice, even with a few clunky aspects.

Scheduling is easy. I can track employee walks and status of their events. It keeps everything in one place.
