Their services are very good and they are always helpful to their Customers. **What problems is PetSitClick solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I have to travel sometimes out of state then, Petsitclick helps to Daycare my Pet who is a Dog name Oliver and They are very Proffesional and provide their best services by taking care of them and give them proper food. ### 2. It allowed for certain notes to be written which was helpful for explaining what I needed more clearly. It also has the option to pay in the app so that made it a nice all in one platform to use when I needed it. **What do you dislike about PetSitClick?** It's not the most modern looking app, even though it gets the job done. I would have also liked the ability to communicate with the sitter. **What problems is PetSitClick solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to easily book a pet sitter and pick from a number of other services to be included, like walks. ### 3. In the past, I have had to use my own method of accounting to try to track my income and expenses. With PetSitClick, all of this information is easily accessible, which is especially helpful around tax season. **What do you dislike about PetSitClick?** Something I dislike about PetSitClick is the Customer Tracker feature. It is not user-friendly. I feel that it could be organized better. **What problems is PetSitClick solving and how is that benefiting you?** A problem I am solving with PetSitClick is the ease of accounting. Once you learn it it works, but it's a hassle. **Recommendations to others considering PetSitClick:** If you don't mind a learning curve and an ugly UI, PetSitClick works fine.
