PetSitClick Reviews & Product Details

It's the best application which is helpful for our pet dogs as it provides services for them while you are away or busy. Their employees are very professional and know how to do their job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing I have experienced which I disliked about them. Their services are very good and they are always helpful to their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used this to book pet sitting for a local company and it was very easy to find and select what services I wanted and with whom. It allowed for certain notes to be written which was helpful for explaining what I needed more clearly. It also has the option to pay in the app so that made it a nice all in one platform to use when I needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not the most modern looking app, even though it gets the job done. I would have also liked the ability to communicate with the sitter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about PetSitClick is its user-friendly interface and intuitive design. The software is easy to navigate, and the dashboard provides a clear overview of scheduled visits, client information, and other essential details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the software lacks certain features or customization options that they need for their specific needs. Others may prefer a more hands-on approach to pet care management and prefer to use traditional methods like paper schedules or spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With PetSitClick, all the pet records are stored which is really useful. There are also the following: Drag/drop calendar feature, mobile access and mapping tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is not self intuitive and sometimes this makes it hard to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Petsitclick is designed for dog walkers and petsitters. It includes pet sitting software. It is very comfortable for dogs. It offers mobile access, is cloud-based, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No, everything is too good because it has many good features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful aspect of PetSitClick is the ease of access to the accounting feature. In the past, I have had to use my own method of accounting to try to track my income and expenses. With PetSitClick, all of this information is easily accessible, which is especially helpful around tax season. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Something I dislike about PetSitClick is the Customer Tracker feature. It is not user-friendly. I feel that it could be organized better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
