"ServiceNow Integration to Tableau and Business Objects made easy!"

What do you like best about Perspectium DataSync?

Perspectium is able to replicate our ServiceNow data in real time as data is created or changed, this means we can run complex reports within Business Objects or have Tableau Dashboards right up to speed as changes are made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perspectium DataSync?

Could be simpler installing the agent on the server, would also be good if upgrades could be more streamlined and communicated better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Perspectium DataSync:

For ServiceNow data replication we couldn't recommend it enough, it's really easy to share large data and tables to a local database, you can share millions of records without a lot of effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Perspectium DataSync solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're able to create complex reports and join data up from other sources within our data warehouse from the data that is been replicated. We're able to also create real-time dashboards which on Tableau which are being share with stakeholders across various organisations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good tool for ServiceNow data replication but there are few challenges"

What do you like best about Perspectium DataSync?

Easy to set up the sync for data replication for ServiceNow tables.

Quick data replication from source to target.

Easy to run the adhoc loads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perspectium DataSync?

There are issues in replication of deleted records and it is still an ongoing issue.

There is no way to prove the replication was 100% successful.

Customer support is not very effective, they provide a solution to issues as a work around (try something if that fix the issue) instead of finding the actual root cause and fix the issue.

They are unable to provide details of the records for which replication was not successful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy once you get the hang of it"

What do you like best about Perspectium DataSync?

The simplicity. its super easy to configure and also very simple to follow.

I also like the fact that its really very flexible. You can use it for any table in the system and from any instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perspectium DataSync?

1 - The ease to have data issues if you accidentally point a sub instance to a prod queue.

2- If there is a problem on the backend we dont get much visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
