**What do you like best about Permittable AI, Inc.?**

The website is user friendly. Very easy to upload our plan sets. The reports we get back are also very detailed and easy to follow. The reports also show what section of the code the comment is coming from.

**What do you dislike about Permittable AI, Inc.?**

Nothing. They have been great to work with.

**Recommendations to others considering Permittable AI, Inc.:**

Before using Permittable, our typical plan submittals to a local jurisdiction would generate 20–30 comments each round. After incorporating Permittable’s AI review into our workflow, our next set of comments from the jurisdiction came back with only 3 plan-related comments. The remaining notes were simply administrative items tied to basic plan‑set formatting — not code issues. This is a dramatic improvement in both accuracy and efficiency. The Permittable tool has become a valuable part of our pre‑submittal review process, helping us catch issues early, reduce rework, and streamline communication with the city.
The improvement we’ve seen demonstrates how transformative this tool can be. By catching issues before submittal, we’re reducing delays, minimizing revisions, and accelerating our approval timelines. This is exactly the type of operational efficiency that scales across divisions.
