However, I'm not sure it was possible without compromising on the quality. **Recommendations to others considering VisionWrights:** The clearer the request you have, the earlier you're gonna get value. **What problems is VisionWrights solving and how is that benefiting you?** Guys from VisionWrights helped us prepare the data that we required to develop an AI (LLM) product for our internal use. We have a bunch of unstructured data in our GDrive as well as on other platforms. They were helping us with data model, ETLs and connectors, as well as applying several algorithms to make sure all the data would be properly formatted, classified, and stored in a proper manner that would simplify AI agent training. If you are budget-conscious, as we are, I recommend starting off by asking the consultant what you can do to make the process smoother. For us, that meant getting all of our data sources in order and sharing our current template so that Lynda could understand the starting point and recreate what we wanted to keep. **What problems is VisionWrights solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were doing our store allocations in Excel and, not only was this more manual than we preferred, but it wasnt sustainable as the amount of data and logic grew as our product store count grew. Our business is more aggressive than other retailers because we don't mark down and our sell-through expectations are very high. They also helped us with some ad-hoc reporting requests and supported our RevOps team in getting up to speed in Domo. In 2 years' partnership with them, I've had very little (if anything) to complain about. They have made it seem like we are their only client, which I know is not the case. **What do you dislike about VisionWrights?** Sometime the schedule of work has been challenging. Just fitting in the project and weekly consultant discussions with our other job functions has been difficult. They are a great partner to Qlik, and I enjoy working with the team. **What problems is VisionWrights solving and how is that benefiting you?** The VisionWrights team consists of ex-Big Squid developers, data scientists, and sales professionals. They are the tippy end of the spear when it comes to developing AutoML models and deploying them in production. It can be a tricky platform to develop on - VW knows all the ins-outs-tricks in the book. This knowledge is invaluable to the work which we do. Not to mention our main consultant is a pleasure to work with.
