"Simple to Use With Great Travel Filters, but Premium Fees and Refund Follow-Ups Not So Great"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like the simplicity for the user. There are great filters to help pick the best travel options for your trip. It's easy to manage our users and payment profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Paying a premium for every transaction, only to not get it back unless you follow up with support when the error was Perk's fault.

I've also had a few times where I've had to do a lot of legwork for customer support to finally help me and see that there was a better solution than giving us 80% back in credit.

I also dislike that you cannot track transactions by trip number, which makes tracking payments so much more difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Manage Business Travel and Accommodation"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I really like how I can easily search an area with filters in Perk, which saves me time. It's great having all my bookings in one app, especially for trains and hotels. I've never had an issue with Perk, and it works well across mobile and desktop. The app covers everything related to travel and accommodation, and it's easy to use. What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

"Seamless Travel Management with Easy Bookings"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I use Perk(formerly TravelPerk) for booking hotels and flights for trips mainly to Munich and Berlin, and I love how it has a great native SSO integration that allows me to easily book flight tickets. One of the most important aspects is the feature for making events, where I can create an event in the app or on the website, and it allows everyone in my team to book flight tickets and hotels on their own. Plus, I can see which teammates booked which flights or hotels, so we can coordinate to stay in the same hotel or book the same flight or around similar times. This feature lets me directly connect with my teammates for travel plans. Also, the process is streamlined as the money for bookings is entirely debited from my company's account, which is a hassle-free experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

There's a little bit of clarity issues with the FlexiPerk option. If I book and then cancel, it says a 10% deduction is made, but we're not informed how much money was actually reimbursed to the company. It would be better if employees also knew how much money got wasted for a particular booking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Travel Booking with Exceptional Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I use Perk to book my company travel, like hotel, train, and flights. I really like how easy it is to work with. The best feature is actually the customer support from my point of view, because it is fast, helpful, and target oriented. The initial setup was very easy, which made getting started a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I'm finding the automation in Perk a little lacking. It would be great to have a feature that remembers my frequent trips and suggests the same hotels and trains, so I don't have to search for them every time I need to make a booking. This would save a lot of time and make the process more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Bookings with Small Hurdles"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like the user interface of Perk because it is fast and clear. I especially appreciate the feature that allows me to easily book trips for multiple colleagues at the same time. It's convenient that I can create a trip and quickly select the necessary means of transport and accommodations. Approval processes are also very straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Sometimes I have difficulties with the booking confirmation, as it sometimes takes time and there have been instances where bookings could not be completed. Then it had to be done afterwards for employees, but it was not always as I had imagined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Multi-Booking Travel Tool That’s Simple to Navigate"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Easy to navigate and book multiple things at the same time (ie. car, hotel, airline, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Having to pay for everything up front and then submit for reimbursement. I would prefer to have a company card. Using Perk is fine, but then it takes time for the company to reimburse. Usually at least a week if not longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined, policy-friendly business travel"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

The most helpful thing about Perk is how incredibly user-friendly it is, making it easy to find flights and hotels that automatically fit within our company policy. The automated approval process completely eliminates the hassle of back-and-forth emails, saving a ton of time for both travelers and managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

While the platform is great for policy tracking, the room and flight pricing can sometimes be higher than what you find booking directly with airlines or hotels. Additionally, because it acts as a third-party broker, it can sometimes be difficult to collect your regular hotel loyalty points or get immediate customer support when a booking glitch happens. "Easy Travel Booking with Strong Team Controls"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

It gives me control over my team booking travel. Before Perk the team would book travel without authorisation even though that was the policy. Perk enforces controls which is what I need.

Plus the system is easy to use, the prices are reasonable and my contacts at Perk are always quite helpfull. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I haven't got any major problems with it. we mainly only use the travel booking system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Easy to Use, and Backed by Friendly, Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

It is easy to use, works like AirBnB and SkyScanner combined, the website works fast. Even if there aren't options, you can send AirBnB link and they will work on it and book it. Also, support is friendly and replies quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Nothing to dislike, maybe it could have an integration with AirBnB, that it would not need to send the links separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Expense Claims and Reimbursements Effortlessly"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

It removes the hassle of having to fill out expense reports and waiting to get your own money back from your employer, it streamlines the whole process for everyone involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

The app can be a bit annoying to use sometimes, for example it takes a long time to load sometimes, crashes quite easily which deletes all the progress, and it can be a bit glitchy sometimes, for example, when booking train times for 15:35, and choosing tickets from 15:30 as the time selection, it simply doesn't let you continue (because that time is already passed I assume),on Trainline however, it tells you what it wrong and why it isn't loading or continuing, so I think it would help if you could match what Trainline does as I think that is probably the benchmark.
