**What do you like best about Perfx?**

At least we can say there is a performance system.

**What do you dislike about Perfx?**

It's very difficult to use globally, and it's a separate hassle for admins. Additionally, the ticket system is very bad and there are many issues in the user engagement part.

**What problems is Perfx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

people can rate themselves and managers can rate people.
