This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023 **What do you like best about PerfectGym?** Simple and intuitive to use and understand. **What do you dislike about PerfectGym?** The company has no respect for its clients, they offer no solutions and no support, their invoice system is bugged and generates incorrect invoices for double the amount total sum when entering product amount more than 1, they are incapable to change two numbers for invoice templates of VAT % from 9% to 21% for over two months with no end in sight. If you work with B2B do not expect a quality system, a company that pays monthly for its employees will be unable to receive one invoice, and instead multiple employees will receive invoices individually, it's disorderly, unflexible system. **What problems is PerfectGym solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's making the process of administrating gym memberships simple and intuitive. The process is easy and fast which increases work performance. ### 6. That is most obviously demonstrated by Perfect Gym's atmosphere and facilities. Some fantastic features were made, especially for chains. I appreciate how the software is produced since, if you are familiar with this type of software, it is simple to use. **What do you dislike about PerfectGym?** Even though we didn't get to use it for three months while we developed it, they demand you pay your monthly cost on the first day. The customer services are also not that quick and supportive. as it is software base bugs and glitch possibility is also their. **What problems is PerfectGym solving and how is that benefiting you?** PerfectGym is a comprehensive software solution for Gym and fitness clubs. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about PerfectGym?** It has a bunch of features which gives you great ideas for your business. Especially in regards of contracts and payment plans this software is doing great. As an admin it was easy for me to adopt things and they mainly worked. However I needed support from PG from time to time to make some other adjustments. Support worked well as we had a dedicated Customer success manager from PG side. **What do you dislike about PerfectGym?** Some smaller design bugs are still inside. While using software the German translation was not made that well, so we had to adjust few things and translations together with PG. Also in regards of German tax laws we had to make a lot of adjustments which ended in a back and forth for weeks. In the end everything was set up, but took quite a while. **Recommendations to others considering PerfectGym:** Just check the market, as there are two main players - PG and eFitness. Both are doing great, depending on your needs. So go for a deep dive and test both apps before choosing one. **What problems is PerfectGym solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like the out-of-the-box solution, which PerfectGym provides. They will serve your counter software, your membership management, POS and also serve your customers with an app, so basically you just have to focus on your customers itself. ### 9. It is hard to understand the learning curve. There are many features that are not easy to understand.
