The team is incredibly supportive, and the CEO’s personal outreach shows their dedication to customer satisfaction. Setup was very easy and smooth. The features are top-notch—upcoming tools like the Knowledge Editor, Autonomous Shopify actions, and Sales features will be game-changers for any eCommerce business. Plus, the pricing is much more affordable than alternatives like Gorgias. Highly recommend PerfectBot for anyone looking to streamline support and save on costs! **What do you dislike about PerfectBot?** There are a few features available that will definitely keep optimising the bot's performance such as the autonomous Shopify actions. We did miss the typing indicator but are aware that Gorgias does not provide the API for this. **What problems is PerfectBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Taking over 10% of our customer service requests through chat. ### 2. The well designed AI understands and properly curates responses based on the questions. It's pretty easy to integrate and deploy. Overall we have seen a good lot of improvement in our customer complaint resolution. **What do you dislike about PerfectBot?** The responses are vague sometimes and need more accuracy according to the asked prompt. Overall the platform is precisely built and maybe they improve the responses in upcoming updates. **What problems is PerfectBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use PerfectBot to automate our customer support and complaint resolution department. The chatbot easily handles all minor issues and complaints without needing to involve any person. If the problem becomes complex it connects the customer with a member of support team for further resolution.
