This system is a great place to get many features of HR done in the same system. It's fairly easy to understand and reminds many of us of a social media platform. While the UI is pretty easy to understand, there's little we can customize. UI is easy to understand but extremely simple so we struggle with more advanced and complicated data housing and reporting. One-stop solution to manage my Leaves, attendance, check payslips , fill reimbursement and what not, the fact that I can manage multiple tracks of my status in my company makes my life easy.
