Peoplebox has the right structures in place for an org leader to review the progress on the goals taken. It helps give an overall exec view as well as a more granular MoM view when needed. It is the right tool to enable these conversations. The peoplebox team is also great at quickly taking inputs and working on it quickly and getting it out there which is a customer delight. It's simple, easy to use, and comes with useful integrations. The dashboard makes navigation quick and simple. Helps get an overview of both departmental goals and individual team goals.
