They've turned off the ability to modify any address for a US resident limiting customers to only choose Canadian provinces. This was only found out because a prospect wanted to update his information and when we reached out to support they said other clients wanted it and this is an improvement!????
The paywall doesn't even fire correctly! Content leaked, modals not triggered correctly, bad technology.
The system breaks repeatedly. The product/account managers work separately from the 'platform' team and any bug fixes never get truly resolved.
The president provides reassurances he cares about the client satisfaction yet doesn't deliver on system functionality or timelines.
