I believed they are working on this feature. **What problems is PeakMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to find useful articles and other media as they are published and gain traction. It helps me to stay on top of the latest news and advances in fields I am also involved with. ### 2. I like having the ability to filter out what isn't needed. **What do you dislike about PeakMetrics?** My only issue is with my organization's IT. Peakmetrics doesn't really work with my computer so I have to use my personal laptop, which I usually don't have in my office. **What problems is PeakMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I create a weekly Round-Up of articles that feature my organization for our senior leaders. PeakMetrics allows me to go in and easily find important articles all in one place. ### 3. It's a great tool for finding my clients' articles and content. I use with with Google Trends to research trends, too. One of PeakMetrics' best feature is the ability to find journalists. It makes it easy to do everything in one place (find content, compile media clips and research journalists.) **What do you dislike about PeakMetrics?** Sometimes I find it hard to get the right results but the PeakMetrics team is quick to respond and even set up alerts for me. So, this con may be unique to the alerts I set up. **What problems is PeakMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use PeakMetrics to monitor media coverage and to spot trends. ### 4. Probably the best thing about CivicFeed is its very responsive customer service. It is also improving and adding new features. I raised an issue about the lack of RSS feeds as its annoying to get email alerts. It replied it was looking at it. About a week later it added RSS feeds for alerts. Brilliant. **What do you dislike about PeakMetrics?** At the moment the public affairs services are very USA-focused. However, given my experience of its customer service so far I'm hopeful it will start to add more international feeds for the UK, European Union, Australia etc. **Recommendations to others considering PeakMetrics:** If you have feature requests then make them. It can't improve if it doesn't know what you want. **What problems is PeakMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use a wide range of monitoring tools that I recommend to clients. CivicFeed is now the main one I am using for my own business. ### 5.
