Relational databases, SaaS tools, NoSQL databasesā€”no matter where our customers keep their data, we can access those data sources and use the data to enrich their decks. It is easy to implement and use. We use it a lot, and the team answers any questions at any time. **What do you dislike about Peaka?** Peakaā€™s capabilities justify having more detailed technical documentation, in my opinion. More how-to guides and video content are necessary to explain all the features, connectors, and integrations the platform supports. **What problems is Peaka solving and how is that benefiting you?** Peaka has saved us the time we would otherwise have to spend building, maintaining, and updating connectors to integrate with the tools our customers use. It has allowed us to focus on our core business and improve our product instead of worrying about connectors. ### 2. Video guides providing step-by-step instructions on how to set up connections with different types of data sources would be handy. **What problems is Peaka solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a healthcare organization, the data sources we need to integrate with change on a case-by-case basis. Peaka enables us to use APIs to view any data source as a relational database. This way, we can retain our flexibility even without a dedicated data team to build and maintain those connections. ### 3. It gets difficult to find your way around the platform without detailed how-to guides and articles you can use for reference. **What problems is Peaka solving and how is that benefiting you?** Peaka has allowed us to bring our scattered data together at a fraction of what it would cost with a data warehouse like BigQuery. We were using BigQuery and Google Sheets before: The cost of using BigQuery can rise quickly, and Google Sheets can be unwieldy as it is prone to human errors.
