I like the ease of use of PDFCreator once it is configured. It shows up as a printer, which is convenient, and can be used through the right-click menu on files. The feature to merge multiple files into a single PDF is also quite handy. The design is user-friendly, especially for our team members who aren't very tech-savvy. It used to be free for people to use but now we have to pay per device and it's not really feasible to use anymore. Our client can't afford to spend money on PDFCreator unfortunately.
